Areas Of Satisfaction - Mark Wilkenson was our superintendent. He was invaluable to the project. He successfully worked with the subs to coordinate their efforts and their timing. He sincerely values the customers' opinion, and does everything he can to meet their we expectations. The subs for the tile and stone work were excellent. Perez was also efficient and thorough.

Harwick did it via thorough planning, superior workmanship, attention to detail and friendly/knowledgeable staff. We had high hopes based on Harwick’s stellar reputation and they came through by exceeding our expectations.
Additional Comments - Harwick Homes has done a fantastic job of documenting our construction project, preparing a weekly milestone schedule based upon such and following each week with a progress report and pictures. The project on our Florida home is being completed with us residing at our northern home. After each site visit which I completed, Harwick Homes has prepared a site visit meeting note document and incorporated all changes into the master milestone schedule. Harwick Homes has worked exceptionally well with our designer and has also provided insightful suggestions with regard to our project. All employees of Harwick Homes and subcontractors have been top quality in their commitment and workmanship. I recommend Harwick Homes without reservation.

Areas Of Satisfaction - the company and all it's people are trustworthy, realiable, do what they says they wil do, and stand behind to challanges in order to get the subs. to do their job in a timely manner. I felt comfortable that things would be done right without me having to check on everything. Their process, procedures and people make it a pleasure with a pleasing experience to build a home. After having built 3 homes in our prior life I feel I can make a value judgement in comparing the process and I found this project with Harwick to be the best I have witnessed.

Areas Of Satisfaction - On site supervisor earned high praise-- follow-up ' I'm on it' consistantly was the initial response-- superb attention to detail -- expert supervision of all subs-- Mark attended to our home requirements just as he would attend to issues around his home. Shane led us thuough the 'process' with precision, confidence and good humor.
