For me, I had Marcus at the company who helped us with his e-mails and phone. John-- the owner--actually came out to to give us a quote. I thought he was very reasonable. He also gave me a two week estimate, and they were able to do it early. Overall, everything was good--more than I expected. I was very impressed.
They were easy to work with and did good quality work!
Green City Window & Door was very professional in the way they handled our project and kept us informed of our progress and timing of what was going on. I appreciated having Marcus here to be able to communicate with that. The installers were instructional as well in terms of what was going on, issues discovered, and how they were going to take care of those.
All employees and staff were wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. They did their jobs well and efficiently. They even came back and did a little work that a day later to fix something the way I wanted it.
I really like the quality of commitment that the company shows. Jon was especially professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He is good at keeping relationships between the customer and also the crew on the job site. The crew worked very efficiently and were more than welcome to answer any questions I had. They did a very good job with their work and double-checked everything to make sure it was done correctly.
Installer arrived when they said they would, adapted to some quirks of our house with a shake of his head and a simple "Well, that's interesting!" After the door was in, he left the site cleaner than when he started. Absolutely confident in the job they did. Would definitely hire them again.
It's the best value we could find in the Bellevue area. Highly recommend this company for window/door replacement job.
