I had an older 12x20 with wood decks for over 10 years. I loved the pool but it collapsed on me due to age and the wood deck rotting. I located a newer aluminum decking replacement pool but the individual I purchased it from did not have an owners manual or assembly instructions. I’ve been trying for weeks trying to get a manual, through phone calls and website texting but Gibralter told me I can only get an assembly manual if I purchase a pool from them, not a previous owner. The newer aluminum deck pools are different to build and much stronger, which is why I chose Gibralter. I could not recommend Gibralter pools specifically due to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and lack of interest for the customer unless you buy directly from them.

We love our pool. It has truly changed our lives. Our kids play in it every day.

As a rule I don't recommend anything to anyone.

I would recommend a Gibraltar Pool to anyone who wants to bring family and friends together for cookouts, swimming, and good summertime fun!

Everything Peter said and the quickness was fantastic. He has been by to check on everything a few times to make sure everything was okay. He even offered to send someone again to show me how to properly maintain my pool.

Were learning how to apply the chemicals and keep it clean, it isn't easy. The top hand rail was not bolted tightly on the steps and fell off the first time we used the pool. We can't get the vacuum to work. It would be great to have a phone call to check on us or someone to come by and go over the operation after the pool was up and running.

Peter was very easy to work with and the installation was very quick.

We love the pool itself, and we are so grateful that Peter worked to make sure we had it installed for the beginning of the season. He was every helpful throughout the ordering process. That said, the installation process left a lot to be desired. We would recommend a Gibraltar pool to a friend; however, we would do so with the caveat that they need to temper expectations for the completeness of the installation process and that there is a lot of extra work for the homeowner than one would expect for the price being paid.

The pool, great. The install team, very sloppy and in a hurry. Tore yard up left trash everywhere.

Recognized Excellence - Peter lead the way with making sure we understood the options and both the pool installation and liner installation teams were all great. Tony and team stayed until 7-8pm on a Friday waiting for the very delayed water truck to deliver.

Every aspect of dealing with Gibraltar has been a pleasure. From sitting down with Peter to learn about gibraltar pools and having every question answered and having every phone call returned promptly. To delivery of the pool left neatly out of the way of the tree work being done in my yard. Installation was very impressive. In 1 day Phil and Bob had a pool installed perfectly. Not one problem with our pool and it looks gorgeous. Bottom line the product is very well crafted. The people who install it are hands down the best I've ever had work at my house. You guys did a great job. This is the way to buy a pool!! Thanks guys.... now if i could only get my daughter out of the pool.

The example framing that the sales guy showed me was thicker than what my first pool was, but when they installed it, it wasn't any thicker. What I received was the same as my first pool. This pool also has all aluminum flooring instead of plywood.

Recognized Excellence - Peta and Tony , Peta was very professional and courteous, he answered all my calls and got back to me in a timely manner. Tony was exceptional with fixing my pool , very professional and understanding and he made sure that we were satisfied when the job was finished.

They did a good job.

I had to wait a month to get an installation date. The pool was supposed to be installed the end of April but was installed in July. I kept calling them and would not get a response.

I would totally recommend them, Peter -the owner- was very friendly, and he answered my questions very well.
