They were very helpful with both stone and appliance selection. We had a difficult cooktop and vent installation which went smoothly. Great service!
Dulles Kitchen and Bath was very efficient and professional. They took into consideration my ideas and suggestions even when I changed the color of my grout at the last minute. The only thing I would suggest that they improve on are the finishing touches for example, sealing the grout and cleaning the grout off the tile better.
Everything was explained nicely on a daily bases. Questions were respected.
They did a good job. UPDATE: It has been just over two years and Dulles K&B continues to stand behind their work. I will definately use them when I upgrade the master bath.

Dulles Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job in renovating and updating my kitchen. Ali helped me pick out cabinets, flooring, backsplash, hardware, etc. without trying to oversell me on ideas or things that I didn't need or want. The crew who came into my home were friendly and professional; they kept dust confined to the work area and finished in what I felt was record time. There was a minor hiccup when I inadvertently told the crew to take out all of the appliances, including the dishwasher I didn't mean to get rid of and they were unable to recover it. This was totally my fault and I had to purchase a new one. When it was delivered on a Thursday morning, I called Firuz, the project manager, to let him know it was here, and he had two men over to my house in less than half an hour to install it. My family and I are extremely pleased with the results and I have no hesitation in recommending Dulles Kitchen & Bath.
Within a year of our $9,000 remodel with them- which entailed keeping the original tub (after DKB told us did not need to be replaced) - the tub failed and flooded our first floor. When we invited team back to look at what happened and work with us to fix it, they said they would rip put and replace the tub for $7,000 more. That is not standing behind their work or shared responsibility with us in the decision to keep the tub that was not safe.

Very unprofessional and dramatic project delays. I am very dissatisfied. It was supposed to be a one month project and it's going on 11 months now.
I had to have DKB come back to fix a few things, but their overall workmanship was good
