It's NOT same--shingles on a roof at first look, a perfect example of a commodity service. Our house, almost ready to be offered in a market of great, updated houses--painting, flooring, carpenters, plumbers, all over the place. Virtually complete, exempt the new roof. DryHome alerted us: delivery and haul-away trucks damage newly applied asphalt. Workers can mess up landscaping and the deck surface. DryHome first covered our driveway to protect it from the dump truck, and then had shingles delivered by a truck, parked in the street, with an articulating lift arm long enough to reach OVER the front yard. Just two examples of how DryHome jumped into the house sale project. Perfect job, on time, no evidence they were there (unless you count the perfect roof). Preparing the house was stressful. The new roof part absolutely was not.
Crew was very professional. Job was completed on time and people came to check after work was completed to ensure our satisfaction.
I'm completely satisfied with the new roof and three Velux skylights installed by Dry Home Roofing -- I would highly recommend Dry Home.
They did what they quoted, they were efficient, and cleaned up well. They were easy to work with.
They were first class! They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with.
I was very happy with DryHome Roofing & Siding Inc.
They were recommended to me by my property manager and did a great job. They also offered me a great financing billing option, which I appreciated very much.
On time, great job, good cleanup.
very efficient, we appreciated the cleanup efforts, courtesy and competence, answered our questions when we asked. We were more than pleased beyond expectation and we live the roof.
We were very satisfied with their responsiveness and the job that they did.
This is an honest roofer and the only one that gave me a straight answer (including when I did not need to fix my roof).
I was very happy with their service!
quick, competent, fairly priced, quality work
Dryhome Roofing was a pleasure to do business with after dealing with some other companies that we're basically Storm Chasers. I read the reviews of dry home have them come out they met with me describe the process and we engaged them for the work. They did a great job they did it on schedule they did it on budget and they completely cleaned up the entire mess when they were done. I would strongly recommend them
Excellent roofing company. Top Notch. A+ service and a great company to work with.
I like DryHome Roofing. My roof is really holding up nicely.
We've used them many times in the past. This last time, I realize it was a situation with a lot of rain, but I feel like we were not treated with a lot of respect and as properly as we had been in the past.
They were great, prompt, got the job done real quick, and cleaned up and moved on. And the price was reasonable. They did a roof for me. I'd give them an A+ overall.
They're top-notch. Their service is very good and their expertise—everything is very good. I'd give them an A overall.
DryHome put a roof on. I think they did a gutter installation too, I'm not so certain. I mean, it wasn't a whole lot. I'd give them an A overall. Their quality and expertise was, in and out, good, very good.
Nothing stands out. They did roofing, siding, and gutters. I don't have any complaints. I'd give them an A- overall. I can't judge quality and expertise. I didn't have any problems with their cleanliness, punctuality, or customer service. If somebody asked me for a recommendation, I'd recommend them.
DryHome did good work. Good to work with. They did a complete roof replacement. I’d rate them as an A+—they were really good. Showed up when they said they would. Got it done. They did good work, cleaned everything up out of the yard and everything. No issues.
They did a good job. I've used these guys before. I had them do something a couple years back too. What really impressed me about them was the guy came out and he actually repaired a hole in my roof for free. There was a problem and he said, ‘well you don't really need to get the roof replaced, I'll just fix the hole.’ And he did it for free and I had him do all my gutters after that. Yeah, I really like those guys. I'd give them an A+ overall.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of DryHome Roofing & Siding Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
