For the cost of the kitchen, it could have been a lot better.

Our expectations were very high and we selected Direct Kitchen Distributors based on a number of factors including workmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction. The initial meeting, planning, and design stages of this project gave us a positive outlook for this undertaking and were pleased with the final result.

The final plan was nothing less than outstanding and we looked forward to the end result. Dave’s ideas and suggestions on color selections for the counter tops, backsplash, and flooring made everything come together. The material and installation of the counter top was excellent; we were happy we went with Dave’s recommendation on the color and pattern. The plumbing work was done to our complete satisfaction as well as all the electrical work.The workmanship on the installation of the cabinets, crown molding, flooring, and back splash was outstanding. Bob, the installer, was meticulous in every step of the project.

I can't say good enough things about Bob. He was always on time, he completed everything, and he did everything amazing. We were amazed at his work done and we are very pleased.

I shopped around at different locations and Direct Kitchen Distributors were the most thorough and respectful of our needs. They asked questions and did what they could to meet our needs.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I am most satisfied with the end result. They came up with five different plan options for our kitchen, and presented ideas we hadn't even thought of. We are so happy with our new kitchen, we love it! The owners of the company are wonderful, not pushy or demanding at all. I can't say enough good things about Direct Kitchen Distributors and the owners. I have recommended them to multiple people, and I am so impressed with what they did in my son's kitchen. I wouldn't think twice about using them again.

they were great to work with. Every thing went on schedule, great communication. Work crew did a superior job and I felt comfortable leaving the house while they worked. I highly recommend DKD for any project. We have used them twice and will be using them again for a bathroom remodel very soon.
