It would be hard for me to recommend Dallas Gutter since they eliminated a problem we were having but created two new ones.
I only recommend when I am pleased and impressed with the service I experienced.

the staff in the office were fantastic, my issue is with the gentleman who lives OUT OF STATE, who came to assess my situation -Kevin Z was my first meeting was as if he knew it all by "looking" from afar. I respected his comments until I had the SAME issue and more flooding on my outdoor kitchen (I was repairing wood rot). In the next call, he dismissed my observations and refuted that the gutters were leaking when in fact - THEY WERE leaking bc I contacted another company who confirmed the issue!
While I had a positive experience with the representative who quoted the job. It took 4 attempts to do the job correctly. Initially, the workmen didn't follow the work order. Then they redid the work but didn't seal the gutter screens properly and didn't use the correct color. The 3rd visit got the screens sealed, but it took another visit to actually use the correct color material.
Professional crew. Job completed to my satisfaction. All work done on schedule. Overall experience was excellent.

Yes, I am likely to recommend. I would be sure to warn my friend that the estimate plan must make them feel VERY comfortable before proceeding with the installation.

I had a problem which was corrected
From beginning to end the project was designed and installed professionally. The man who came to ascertain the scope and engineer solutions was cordial and seemed knowledgeable in troubleshooting areas that needed addressing without a big upsell. The installers came and worked efficiently and did a good job cleaning up after themselves, which a greatly appreciated having two dogs that could have easily stepped on an errant screw.
I found the folks that I interacted with at Dallas Gutter and Repair to be easy to work with and professional in all aspects of the job at hand. From the initial estimate, scheduling of the the install, quality of material, and actual installation I was extremely pleased the results.

Excellent experience. Our home had an older gutter system removed before our purchase. We needed a complete gutter installation for the whole house. We got three estimates for this work, selecting Dallas Gutter and Repair. They were not the cheapest but provided the most timely estimate and answer to all questions. We selected them based on this responsiveness as an indicator of how they would do the work. We were pleased to experience this responsiveness and good work throughout the installation. Two thumbs up and five stars for a company that did exactly what they said they would do, on time and with great quality.
