Additional Comments - I really can't speak highly enough about Construction Ahead. The quality of the work is outstanding, but the level of trust with all of the workers is even more important. There are no sleepless nights wondering about the work or the people in your home. There's no worrying that the job won't be done well or that corners are being cut. That level of comfort when I had them in my home for months meant so much to me.

Austin Foster has done a number of jobs at my house and we've been more than satisfied with all of them in the quality as well as the cost.

My experience with Construction Ahead has been very good on both of the projects that I had them do in my home. The first one was an extensive renovation; the second one was a basement redo. Even though both projects were quite different, my experiences both times were very positive.

He was one of the first people I saw when the work was begun, he was here nearly every day while the work was being done, and he came by when the job was completed to see if it was satisfactory. I would like to mention the crew also. They were so polite, mannerly, clean and neat, and always helpful in any way possible. Clay even brought my paper to the front door every morning!! Courteous, thoughtful, smart, hard working!

Additional Comments - I realize that it is probably unusual to give such high marks to one's contractor, but I am so thrilled with my renovated house and I just don't have any complaints. Construction Ahead did an extensive makeover, and they were here for more than 5 months. Of course there were times that it was messy and I was inconvenienced, but that just goes with any renovation. Austin was so organized and efficient, and I was almost always informed about what would happen next. He is most reliable and trustworthy, which were two very important traits to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone (in fact, I've already done so), and I would most definitely use him for any future project. Kellie Boyce is the Design person for Construction Ahead, and she was wonderful to work with. She's very creative and resourceful and was able to find solutions for most everything. Always keeping the customer's budget and taste in mind, she helps you with the many, many choices that have to be made. On top of all that, she is so much fun to be around! Together, Austin and Kellie make a strong and formidable team that I think is just the best.

We have been nothing but pleased with the work that Construction Ahead did for us. I would and have recommended them to anyone who is seeking a contractor. The end result was beyond what we would have hoped and has added tremendous enjoyment and value to our house.

We used construction ahead to demo and reconstruct our basement. We had some water issues and needed to completely redo a portion of it. The entire project took a longer than anticipated due to scheduling issues with another vendor that was doing the waterproofing and Construction Ahead always worked around the many changes and fluctuations in scheduling we had. I really have no complaints about any of the work. Austin was always punctual, worked around our schedules, communicated well, and performed quality work. He had some great ideas on ways for cost savings and we never felt pushed to pay more for something we didn't really need. I would definitely recommend!
