Communication was not so great or as promised. Have not inspected the work as yet, probably will climb up for a look in a year or so. Occupant of house was very impressed by 2 workman who offered to come clean up any dirt which may have fallen within the house.

I had 5 layers of old roof on top of rotted wood, and CCR came and tore it all off, replaced the rotted wood, and gave me a whole new roof in a single day. No leaks since! I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, but I won't hesitate to call them if I do.

I got estimates from three contractors for my roof replacement. Charm City Roofing was the least expensive and also the most professional. I also saw how Charm City Roofing responded to complaints on BBB and review sites. The choice was clear, and I’m glad I went with Charm City Roofing.

The front end planning of my roof went well. Everything was scheduled quickly. The actually roofing day left us with concerns. Our garden was not properly protected and was damaged. Our gutters were also damaged. Charm City did a nice job addressing our concerns, compensating for our garden damage and repairing the gutters quickly. While the roof itself is beautiful, the chimney flashing doesn't look great. It's more important that it's water tight, however.

The crew replaced the entire roof of my rowhome in just one day. They handled the cleanup and were able to work around the lack of street parking available on that particular day.
