Par-Tek Construction Services

Thank you for reading up about us. We appreciate that you have a choice in Builders. Par-Tek is a design build firm with 32 years of experience, specializing in residential renovation projects as well as commercial interiors.

Par-Tek's guiding principal is:

Listen to our clients needs, establishing a reasonable budget for your project, design to that budget and build to that budget. We strive toenhance our clients' enjoyment and use of space. We are often engaged to perform Master Planning and Project Management services. We are also often asked to repair the work performed (or not performed) by slip-shod contractors.

We have a complete set of reliable and proven sub-trades that we have built up trusted and valued relationships with over many years of working together. We provide engineering, permitting, Committee of Adjustment applications and architectural services through our excellent network of architects, architectural technologists, engineers and designers; all of whom work with us in a seamless, creative and cost-effective manner.

Par-Tek has direct experience creating and managing high-end residential renovations of all sorts, as well as commercial interiors. We have managed many different types of projects from $2K to $3.5 million in value. Par-Tek and Andrew Parker (owner) have been involved at a management level with over 250 quality renovations and learned from some of Toronto's best renovators. These include Kelner Jordan, Glover Walmer, Walder & McSweeney and Sorenson Custom Homes. The time spent working with these quality builders has provided a solid base of skills and experience from which we are now able to efficiently and professionally manage our own projects.

Par-Tek has renovated homes throughout the greater GTA. The Parker family has been involved with the construction industry in S.W. Ontario since 1927, beginning with my grandfathers firm, Par-Tex Engineering and Contracting. My father took over his fathers company in 1964, and was the starting point of my education in the construction industry. My sister, Margot Parker, is a Toronto based Landscape Designer and contractor. Our experience with large and complex projects has honed and fine tuned our project management skills, and will benefit you directly as our efforts are more experienced, focused and efficient than other firms our size. This is not just our opinion, but also the opinion of our clients. We encourage you to ask for our references!

We are fully licensed and insured. All of our work is covered by a complete, no-nonsense one year warranty. Our extensive residential or commercial project list is available on request.

We look forward to serving all of your design, permitting construction needs and offer you our 32 years of experience, integrity and knowledge.

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
