We made this job a priority when we saw the client's irritation with the progress. We most recently were out to the Brown's residence honoring warranty work they called in. We were never advised of the Project Manager's performance by the client until this point. We are sorry if that was the case that our PM was in his truck playing video games. I have spoken with our subs in a meeting specific to this report and gathered written reports in reference to homeowner's management of project. Most did state they have never had an issue with any missing PM's on a jobsite. Their report back to us was there was always a redshirt onsite to direct the events of the day. We love the Brown's new kitchen and are glad they are able to have that large beautiful space now for all the holiday celebrations we had talked about throughout the project. Again we are sorry that you felt this remodeling experience was so off putting.

We were very sorry to get this review. The year was personally and professionally a hard year at our company. As a family owned business there can be an impact. We did however go out there on the jobs ourselves as owners and work until it was complete. There are many clients we take on who come to us because another remodeler left them high and dry. The only reason the warranty work was delayed was because of the coordination of people while maintaining existing schedules. We have been in contact and have assured the client of warranty time frames.

I am so sorry that your experience with our company was not as anticipated. We really tried to keep everything running smoothly despite our shortage of employees in the field. We have taken great steps to correct the communications in our company. I can say it was a pleasure to work for you both. I loved your master bath and kitchen. It was a treat to sit with your adorable pooch while waiting for inspectors.

We have resolved all issues with this client. We had an employee who did not report back on many of the issues. We went out, met with Mrs. Capello , wrote up her list, then scheduled all agreed to work. Thank you again for your business.
