Everyone acted with integrity, the product is high quality
The products came as promised. Window Nation was very prompt. They are very professional. I would give them my highest recommendation.
They did a great job and I love my windows.
Work was done efficiently and windows seem to be good quality. Questions have been answered in a timely manner. Sales rep was very conscientious to get the job done and completed.
if solicited i would recomend
Some of the windows were incorrectly ordered (7 windows out of 14 plus 2 patio windows). Additionally, one of the screens for our patio window was missing. Adding an additional 4-5 weeks to complete our project.. Then, when the corrected order arrived, there was a missing screen for one of the bay windows.
Finally, we put in a change order one week after placing our order to pay cash for the windows rather than finance them through Green Sky, but it was not done, so we had to pay off the project through Green Sky.
Loved the windows, professionalism everyone has
It’s been 8 months and we are still trying to figure out fundamental issues. Your installers showed up to my house and said they couldn’t do the job on the contract. I asoed to cancel and was threatened it would be $20k for them to walk away. Absolutely a predatory business that has no care for what is right.
Very poor communication
My bedroom window was broken on instant, and there is a chunk scratched out on the side. Installer said no worries, a couple weeks and a replacement would be put in. Also we were given the wrong screens at install. We specifically ordered half screens for our double slider upstairs windows so I could access and decorate my window boxes. After not hearing anything for a hot minute, we called to follow up and then we were scheduled finally for the replacement to go in. Tech shows up and has the wrong sized window. He mentions that he couldn't just replace the glass bc of the nasty scratch on the window sash and the replacement was ordered wrong. He will need to re-order my window again. I asked about my screens, bc my window boxes are just sitting on my patio table still. I cant get them put back bc of my screens. Tech says they were on a different truck and would be here Tuesday. He asked if I wanted to just wait till the new window comes in, to which I replied no, bc I want to put my window boxes back. He says that he will bring them on Tuesday and pop them in. I texted my project manager, but he doesn't respond to me. Had husband message and shocker, he got a response. Pm says he will personally bring my screens. A week after the tech was out, we get a text about our case and that we could expect to be contacted with an expected time frame. That leads me to believe that my replacement was delayed an extra week bc someone didn't process the damage. I called customer service to get more details, and I asked about my screens. Agent says she doesn't see anything about that. Only my window order. I asked customer service if she can compare measurements from the original measure and what was ordered so I can trust that I will get the correct window. She cant do that either. But I do feel like she got the ball rolling on my screens at least. I am losing patience. I was excited for new windows and we were planning to do the rest of the house next year, but at this rate, I will probably find a different company. It shouldn't take this long to make things right after the install went bad. And there should be more clear communication as to what is happening and when.
Also, and please correct me if im wrong, but aren't my windows supposed to be factory sealed and the gas between my window panes filled with a dense gas for added insulation? Wouldn't the tech just swapping the glass pane allow the argon to escape and negate whatever benefit it offered? Why was that even a choice?
From Terry (sales man) to the installer's I was impressed with the job the friendly mess and the clean up. and windows are great.
The windows are of good quality, the price was manageable and the workers who came out for the installation were professional and cleaned up after themselves
Price was advertised as buy 2 get 2 free and that’s not what happened
The window was replaced quickly, but the complications are still incomplete. If we open the window the defective screen let's bugs in. The window is in my son's room.
Price, timing and install quickness
My windows are extremely finicky and rarely latch completely closed. The windows do not seem to block much solar heat even though they were sold with the premise that they could do so.
My windows are still not completely installed after 3 tries! The installers damaged several things that they had to fix, some of the problems have been blamed on the factory. I’ve had to move things and be available 5 times if you count the original salesman! This last time, they “forgot “ to order things for 2 of the already installed windows (sash and glass replacements), so I’m waiting another 6 weeks for them!!! I had to have my handyman come to replace a new baseboard that they dropped a hammer on the very 1st attempt at installation. The second time, the measurements were reversed, length /width, so that was in the hole for 7 weeks while that was re-ordered!
Highly recommend
I think its best to wait until everything is Fixed and or Replaced, we Started the process May 30th Windows were installed in June, have had several Issues, one Window has already been replaced waiting for instructions on 2 or more other Windows that do not fit right and other issues and failed the final Inspection. Waiting on an update to when , where and how.
The windows and screen were not as high of quality as I expected.
Price, service, workmanship
Every step in the process was very positive. We really liked our sales associate as well as the installation team. Everyone was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We are also extremely pleased with the windows ! Great quality and nice looking.
I was disappointed with the factory quality control. I'm waiting on glass for two windows that they should never have shipped. Also the patio door has imperfections and half of it is being replaced.
There was pressure to get the windows installed and paid for that day. I know it was end of the month but can't believe one installation would make a difference.
My drywall was damaged and I later found my tub had scuff marks. The window installers lost one of the screens and we still don't have a screen.
They made the process super easy and very transparent.
