Window Nation is not reliable or dependable. The product is not very good—my windows are crooked and leak water, and the installation was horrible.
The service was fast and efficient, and the person who came to the house to give us all the information was very kind and thorough.
The windows took 5 months to be completely installed
All and All we were happy with our windows.
There were only 2 people on our installation team, so they were here from 10 am to 10pm.
A long day for them and us.
We needed to get all our window ledges spacked and repainted after our install. An additional cost that we did not expect.
We also ended up paying our install team an additional 200 dollars to put back up our window treatments. Wood blinds and vertical blinds. Our bedroom verticals were put on backwards, but we can live with that. My frustration is our neighbors who I referred, did not have to pay anything to get their existing blinds put back on. There should be some consistency there.
I did refer our neighbors and had them reach out to our salesman Ryan Martin. They wanted me to be there for security since they are seniors. I spent almost 3 hours at their home to close the deal. I have yet to receive my promised referral bonus!! I have reached out to ask about this bonus. Nothing so far. Very disappointing.
Great experience. Good people. Everything you want with any contractor.
Everyone with the company was prompt and courteous. Very professional. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent window and doors. Doors are custom built and take extra time, but if you have the time they are well worth the time!
Installation crew was very professional, knowledgeable, on time and efficient
Have the worst customer service, I’m not happy with one of the windows, contacted sales and it takes them fourth months to contact me and they don’t want to make a quotation until I pay the little reming balance that I had.
I originally recommended Window Nation to a family member, which is why we a currently in the process of purchasing another 9 windows. Unfortunately this 2nd experience has been nothing like the first. The lack of communication coupled with getting ahold of someone at the installation section is nearly impossible (representative is not knowledgeable) has made me second guess my recommendation.
Very professional from start to finish. Good quality for a decent price.
Quality of Windows and installation went very well.
It’s really not you. It is your contractors that you use. I have had nothing but problems with go permits. There is a lady there by the name of Debra who I have worked with and I have sent her email after email after email after email. She is slow to respond. I don’t even know if my final permit is done and I cannot keep going back-and-forth on this thing, I finally got a supervisor who sent me a screen print between Window nation and go permits, but I still have nothing from the city of Fort Worth saying that the inspection is done and I do not want to leave these stickers on my windows forever. I started contacting go permits in April. This is June and I still have no resolution this happened last time I did my windows too. I had to take care of everything myself go permits is worthless. I have all the saved emails. I’m happy to send them to you and you can see the frustration I’ve been through.
All of the WN employees we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
Like the windows fine but the service was substandard. Order was messed up. The windows that we were short did not come as promised and nobody answered the phones when I called & nobody returned calls. The final install was nearly two months later than promised.
Arrived on time, courteous workers and cleaned up nicely. The windows are so nice. It’s very quiet now. Pretty windows.
The scheduling, the install crew, the follow up,but most of all the windows
Friendly, open, honest. One of the best guarantees out there. Great customer service. No pressure.
Yes, they did a great job all the way around
On around 1/20/26, I called WindowsNation and made an appointment to have a salesman come to our house to discuss our windows. I was told by the phone person that we would receive a free dinner certificate for 2 for making this app't.
On 1/23, Scott, our salesman, came and sold us 4 windows for our family room. When I asked him about the dinner certificate, he said we would get it after the windows were installed. He told us that the windows would be installed by six weeks, but maybe 4 since this wasn't a busy time.
After not hearing back from Windows Nation for over 6 weeks, I texted the salesman on March 9th, and asked when our windows were coming. On March 10, Scott texted back and said that the windows were done and they were just waiting on the permit from the city, which would probably take a week or two. After not hearing anything for another two weeks, I texted Scott again on March 23. to ask where the windows were, and I never received an answer from him.
The next day I called WindowsNation to ask about the windows. I was directed to a woman who told me the windows were ready but they were waiting on the city to approve the permit. I told her that we have gotten permits from the city before and it took days not weeks. She said that she was told that the city had a backlog and that no new permits were being issued until the backlog was fixed. I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor. She said he wasn't in, but he would call me back when he returned.
We live close to the Flower Mound City Hall and went there that day to ask about the permit. We were told they were not very busy and there was no backlog and that the city did not hold up permits because of a backlog. She looked at our order and said that the reason the permit had not been issued was because of a previous bill Windows Nation had not paid. I then called Windows Nation and told them this.
The next day the manager from your office called me back. When I told him what had happened, he acted like the city was lying. He did not apologize or admit that the bill hadn't been paid. By this time someone corrected the matter and the permit was issued on 3/24. The windows were then installed on 3/26, over 8 weeks after we signed the contract or the windows.
We are very happy with the windows and with the installers who installed them. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly.
We have never received the free dinner for two that we were initially promised.
We think you should keep your word and not lie to customers. This is why we hesitate to recommend you to others. We have more windows on our house that need to be replaced and will probably be doing them in the next year or two. Again we are not sure if we will call you again.
from meeting with the sales person to installation. everything was exactly as promised and now I am enjoying a much cooler house
The main reason I gave them only three stars is because their business is very unorganized. The steps involved from getting the estimate to completion of a project should flow. Windows were installed April 9 and one window didn’t have its screen. got a call today to set up an appointment to install a missing screen and they installed it last week, two months after the original install. I can’t comment on the windows yet because I haven’t had them that long but I have concerns. I don’t know that I could recommend them
Window frame and sill had damage. Sealing was sloppy.
Price financing arrival on time very friendly and manners. Got all windows in in one day.
I am unlikely to recommend Window Nation – Dallas, TX. The sales team and sales manager were responsive only until the contract was signed. After that, communication stopped, and I have no clear or accurate information about when my windows will be installed. This experience does not give me confidence to recommend the company to others.
