Like the windows fine but the service was substandard. Order was messed up. The windows that we were short did not come as promised and nobody answered the phones when I called & nobody returned calls. The final install was nearly two months later than promised.
Arrived on time, courteous workers and cleaned up nicely. The windows are so nice. It’s very quiet now. Pretty windows.
The scheduling, the install crew, the follow up,but most of all the windows
Yes, they did a great job all the way around
On around 1/20/26, I called WindowsNation and made an appointment to have a salesman come to our house to discuss our windows. I was told by the phone person that we would receive a free dinner certificate for 2 for making this app't.
On 1/23, Scott, our salesman, came and sold us 4 windows for our family room. When I asked him about the dinner certificate, he said we would get it after the windows were installed. He told us that the windows would be installed by six weeks, but maybe 4 since this wasn't a busy time.
After not hearing back from Windows Nation for over 6 weeks, I texted the salesman on March 9th, and asked when our windows were coming. On March 10, Scott texted back and said that the windows were done and they were just waiting on the permit from the city, which would probably take a week or two. After not hearing anything for another two weeks, I texted Scott again on March 23. to ask where the windows were, and I never received an answer from him.
The next day I called WindowsNation to ask about the windows. I was directed to a woman who told me the windows were ready but they were waiting on the city to approve the permit. I told her that we have gotten permits from the city before and it took days not weeks. She said that she was told that the city had a backlog and that no new permits were being issued until the backlog was fixed. I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor. She said he wasn't in, but he would call me back when he returned.
We live close to the Flower Mound City Hall and went there that day to ask about the permit. We were told they were not very busy and there was no backlog and that the city did not hold up permits because of a backlog. She looked at our order and said that the reason the permit had not been issued was because of a previous bill Windows Nation had not paid. I then called Windows Nation and told them this.
The next day the manager from your office called me back. When I told him what had happened, he acted like the city was lying. He did not apologize or admit that the bill hadn't been paid. By this time someone corrected the matter and the permit was issued on 3/24. The windows were then installed on 3/26, over 8 weeks after we signed the contract or the windows.
We are very happy with the windows and with the installers who installed them. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up thoroughly.
We have never received the free dinner for two that we were initially promised.
We think you should keep your word and not lie to customers. This is why we hesitate to recommend you to others. We have more windows on our house that need to be replaced and will probably be doing them in the next year or two. Again we are not sure if we will call you again.
from meeting with the sales person to installation. everything was exactly as promised and now I am enjoying a much cooler house
The main reason I gave them only three stars is because their business is very unorganized. The steps involved from getting the estimate to completion of a project should flow. Windows were installed April 9 and one window didn’t have its screen. got a call today to set up an appointment to install a missing screen and they installed it last week, two months after the original install. I can’t comment on the windows yet because I haven’t had them that long but I have concerns. I don’t know that I could recommend them
Window frame and sill had damage. Sealing was sloppy.
Price financing arrival on time very friendly and manners. Got all windows in in one day.
I am unlikely to recommend Window Nation – Dallas, TX. The sales team and sales manager were responsive only until the contract was signed. After that, communication stopped, and I have no clear or accurate information about when my windows will be installed. This experience does not give me confidence to recommend the company to others.
With the way we were treated in the beginning I will not recommend to anyone.
I’m very pleased with my windows and patio door. The quality and beauty is amazing.
The installation crew was excellent and did outstanding work. They were professional, efficient, respectful of my home, and the finished installation looks great. The workmanship exceeded my expectations.
My concerns relate primarily to the sales process and communication regarding the product specifications and exterior color options. During the sales presentation, certain features and options were discussed that were later clarified or changed during the project, which created some confusion and frustration.
Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the installation and the finished product, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication and setting clear expectations during the sales process.
Outstanding product, excellent installation and cleanup! We are extremely pleased and we show off our new windows and doors to all our neighbors!
They are completely pro’s,
From start to finish a fair price and quality workmanship.
It started with the sales person. This was my 4th quote. I stated what I disliked from the other companies and their tactics. So that was avoided and persued with what I wanted and what Windows Nation could offer. From that point, it went as explained to me. Everything was upfront. Pricing, when product would be finished being built and then install. Install crew was here for 2 days for 30 windows and 3 doors. They did a great job both days. I watched both days as work was performed and then asked to inspect it. Very satisfied with Windows Nation!
Aaron took the time to understand what we were looking for, provide needed information on the options. Very friendly and professional.
I am still waiting for the job to be completed. The main picture window is warped. I can’t review on an unfinished job.
They helped me work with a difficult HOA. It took awhile but working together we got it done.
Absolutely, couldn’t be more satisfied with my windows
It’s about two weeks that I try to reach sales advisor, after a lot of time calling company to get somebody to help me, still I didn’t anything back.
We still do not have our project completed.
Very professional from sales rep to installers, windows have made a drastic difference in the appearance of our home. Love them. Have received comments from neighbors who liked them.
Installers did not install the correct windows that were ordered. Called Windows Nation 2-3 times and spoke with Customer Service about the issue. I was advised they would forward to the correct individual who would handle the issue. Never received a phone call, text, or email. I contacted my Salesman who demonstrated the various window options. He provided his Supervisors phone number. I called, no answer, and I left a voicemail explaining the problem and left my phone number asking him to call me. He never called so I filled out and mailed a certified letter, return receipt, and mailed it to Window Nation. I then actually was contacted indicating they had received my letter. I was then contacted by a subject who I explained the wrong windows were installed. He is working on the problem and the last I heard was the windows would be replaced on June 16, 2026. I guess we’ll see if that happens. Window Nation was rated #2 behind Anderson Windows who installed my windows in the past. I am disappointed with Window Nation and the service provided to a customer especially after waiting two months on the windows to be installed and the wrong windows were installed.
