The fastness and clean up was excellant

crew installed 2 defective windows, and disagreed with me about gaps. Took installation manager coming out, ordering new windows, and being installed by a different person.

The windows have slits in the black rubber between the panes the slit is not flat they pucker how does the argon gas stay between the windows I’m sure some of it escapes thru the slit very tacky and unsightly look

The $500 gift card you gave me is virtually useless. I already purchased windows and an entry door from you. I can't apply it to a storm door. We'll that's all I have left to replace. Just don't bother diving a gift card that can't be used.

Your installer didn’t speak English they dropped foam on the floor and tried to scrape it up but it left marks on the floor
