I will qualify this answer..Time will tell how good the quality is. I think that there should be more choice of design and I would advise anyone who is considering buying these windows to be sure of the size that is required for replacement windows.

Window Nation didn't deliver what they promised.

The installation was quick and very efficient. Installers knew their job!

Order was not correct however immediate action was taken to correct order.

They are honest, dependable and have a terrific product.

The crew that put in the windows left alot of nails outside the patio. They broke 2 things in my house and didn't tell us they broke my son's lamp. We had to throw it out. We have been waiting for a screen over one window. The right size didn't come in. We have waited over 2 months for a screen and still don't have it. I feel the crew rushed the job and stayed late. I would have them come back the next day to finish. We payed alot of money for the windows and expected to have higher quality.

The complete project from first meeting to installation was smooth and very professional. We were apprised of every step in the process and no surprises. I recommend Window Nation and would use their services again.

Really enjoy the look and how much quieter the rooms are. The new front door with the beveled glass adds alot of morning light, so enjoyable.

Can’t go wrong here. Top notch from start to finish. Bought an entry door and the entire process AND the product exceeded all expectations. 5 stars across the board!

I paid in cash with a cashiers check. I requested that the company give me an invoice to show that I paid. To this day afterseveral months and many requests I have not gotten a reciept showing that I paid. Are they trying to come back later and say I didnt pay? Very disappointed. The salesman was good but he has since resigned because the company did not live up to his description of them.

Salesman came out on 2/4/26. I bought 16 windows. Measurements were done 2/9/26. Windows installed 2/28/26. Less than 4 weeks total. I noticed days later when it was warm enough to open a window that the screen didn't sit flush with the window. After a month of getting the run around, told a ticket was put in that wasn't, I finally got someone out here to look at them. Service techs determined that ALL 16 windows were bowed at the bottom. Service manager told me he put in an order for replacements. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks and I've heard absolutely nothing. I texted the service manager for an update and the only thing I got back was this survey an hour later. I've already made multiple payments on $25,000 worth of windows and can't even get a call or text response as to when I'll actually get them.

They did a great job.

I felt that I was misled about the installation. They were not factory trained workers.

Right now, I am in the middle of waiting for them to get back for a draft with my window. I have been contacted, but it takes 5 to 7 days before someone can actually come out or call to say they are coming. At this point, I am just not pleased.

I love the windows but the install did not meet my expectations it took 2 days due to their issues, the left screws all over my drive way and damaged mt hot tub cover and gave me a gift card to replace it with no vendor that offered covers
