Customer service issue

The error on the crew chief's part was that he did not let us inspect the damaged boards that he replaced and charged us additional money. The crew was competent and respectful and quiet as they went about their work. The cleanup was excellent.

The whole experience was quite positive, from the initial contact, sales visit, scheduling to the actual day of installation. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, went through the steps of protecting our house and property, stripping the old roofing, prepping and applying the new. The whole crew pitched in to the cleanup. I think I've only found one roofing nail so far and a few very small pieces of shingle material.

They were great. They were very nice young men. They did a great job. I would have them do anything for me again.

The work crew walked in with Omar as their lead. They went above and beyond on everything. They kept me informed and left our home beautiful. You wouldn't know that I had a new roof put on if you drove by. I thank them for a nice job.

The shingle people up top who climb up on the roof are the backbone of Victors. They get no recognition whatsoever. Without them, I would not have been pleased with the whole situation. Jose was knowledgeable and kept in touch. Tell Victor to give them a tip. You know they are not getting paid what they deserve for working so hard.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend and they were recommended to me. My son had his roof put on by them and I always hear about them on the talk show radio in the Detroit area.

It was quickly and efficiently done.

Victor's representatives understood our needs

Cost certainly enters into the work that your crews do. Although costs having Victor are elevated...result expectations are as well, on my part.

Showed up on time competed roof on time and excellent clean up. Crew covered all landscaping and windows/ doors to prevent any damage.

Thanks for having the dumpster removed the day after re roofing was done and zero nails left in the driveway.

The only thing that upset me is I told them I work midnights and they showed up outside my timeframe and then came back to the job a week later.

More expensive than other quotes, but I have zero complaints. I guess you get what you pay for!!
