Entire staff including the roofer men, every single scheduled item was well organized so the job was completed in one day with 13 men

Victor was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the communication and the team that came out. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Customer service was extraordinary in all aspects of the job. Their responses were prompt, very quick responses, which is a big deal to me. They addressed any of my concerns. I still have something left that they have to do: the chimney. I am hoping they continue with the same level of service after the initial job is done but that is yet to be determined.

He temporarily caulked the roof to stop the leak and got us scheduled for a new roof within 2 days. Installation only took about 5 hours and it looks great. Everyone was courteous and very efficient. Happy with the new roof so far!!

Great Company

Although the quality of work looks good from the naked eye, and the salesmanship was impressive, as I stated earlier, we never received any photos or communication from a project manager to ensure that the work we paid for was actually done as it should have been. This was one of the big reasons we went with Victors, as it isn't a service that all companies offer. It is disappointing to have been promised something, and then to have that expectation fall short.
