From the beginning, I was partnered with an extremely unexperienced associate who delayed things quite significantly, and I think my claim was mishandled; it could have been handled more appropriately. My associate could have done a better job with dealing with my insurance company. I felt I got a lower service and lower claim amount than I would have if I had had someone with more experience.

We had some bad decking that was uncovered during the roof replacement process and the communication was handled poorly.
