Two very nice young men came out, 6 hours latter we gave in as my husband works from home and they told him it would take about 2 hrs, so that was the time allocated. Communication after our initial yes was lacking to say the least, finance was a huge issue and it wasn't because of anything our end was lacking it was the companies they were using. After the 1st company could not get it together due to tech problems. They tried the second company. This took half the day. It was ridiculous We specifically asked for a $$ amout as our payment. No problem they said, then we were sent 2 different loans for 15,000 a piece, so we had two payments at the amout $$ we requested so it was doubled.
The roof looks good hopefully it was done correctly. They were suposed to have a 3rd party come out inspect the work,. We were never contacted, I reached out and asked about it, they said they would have them out in 2 months, never happened,not surprised!! So would I refer the company. Absolutely not!!
Wore us down, to get the yes , they know their clause for canceling.

They cleaned-up fast and put the roof up fast.

The materials are good, but the workers they have are lousy. A lot of repairs had to be made, and the install crew had to come back due to carelessness. They did not leave my house the way they found it, and they had far too many people working. They really needed someone on site to oversee the work being done.

Mike came out to do our consultation and he was very informative. He did a thorough job of going over everything with us and explained how the process would work. He gave us a wonderful deal on the roof. The quality of work went exactly as expected.

My front gutter is still leaking onto my sidewalk.

I would recommend them to a friend, but the cleaning I wasn't pleased with it, but the work, as far as roofing goes, was good.

They did a decent job and helped with insurance things. I was told I would get 4 sheets of plywood by the salesman, and I pointed out what I wanted, and I thought it was cheesy they charged me $75 for the wood that needed to be replaced

The roof is not like correctly. It is wavy water froze between the shingles. It looks like they laid the shingles wearing a set of cleats is not light flat. It was a bad installment and I would not recommend you to no one. I’ll try to get things fixed here with new people Now I’m tired of it. I’m just gonna post everything that you’ve done.

I'm currently on disability insurance and they made it easy. They helped with insurance; they filed the claim and inspected my house. They helped me through the whole process, I'm really happy.

Didn't take proper photos or submit info to insurance, cost me another $5k

I felt like they were very professional, nice, had good bedside manner, and I was very pleased.
