I have 2 projects. The simple one bath was not a big problem but the custom, bigger project took over 1 year. They could have done a much better job in project management.

Had 4 occasions of no-shows, with no contact either before or after the missed appointments. Response to phone calls and/or emails was sporadic at best. They missed every date they promised installation, and at one point left me without a toilet and shower for 6 days, even after promising they'd take care of it the next day. Work was acceptable, but all deliveries were months late, and no appointments were kept when promised.

Your Home Improvement messed up everything on my shower. Everything is a mess. They're coming back on Monday. They tore the sheetrock when they took my other shower out and told me they didn't do the painting. It wasn't the painting I had a problem with. It was the sheetrock I had a problem with, and they didn't want to fix it. The doors are hanging cock-eyed, and the caulking is uneven. In some places it's thin, and in some places it's thick.
