I love when the workers came in very clean. They were considerate and cleaned up nicely. They also explained to my elderly parents how to use the tub, and they answered all their questions and were very patient. I think it was important that they were patient because my parents are hard of hearing and frail. The explanation required repetition, and they were very kind about it. My father was a hovering man because he was so excited, but he didn't realize how torturous that was to the workers. He was just amazed at how the process was happening, and he loved visiting with the folks because they were so kind. The tub is easy to clean, fills up nicely, and the jets are nice.

Everyone in my neighborhood knows; they were the most wonderful people I've ever worked with. I've never had such a terrific experience. They worked solid for 2 days, and they wouldn't even stop to eat lunch. They cleaned up well. I'm in a condo now, but I had a 3600 square foot home, and never have I had anyone like I had these people. The salesperson came out of Buffalo, and he was terrific too. They had to carry that 350lb tub up 4 flights of stairs. I had to go in my bedroom and close the door, then go into the other bathroom, close the door and plug my ears, and was praying for them the whole time. I was told, when they called to set up the installation day, that I was getting the very best fellows that were coming here. I have bragged about the company to everyone and anyone. My friends have all seen it and love it. The cleaning was immaculate! Even my garage. They popped up a tent in the driveway. I told them to just use my garage. When they left here, there was not a spot on the driveway, nothing in the garage, nothing in the house. Quite honestly, I hated to see them go. I had a problem with the drain, I guess it's something that they've had problems with. I called and let them know when I go to let the water out, I had to hold the drain thing. They sent another great fellow out. He stayed, filled the tub, made sure it drained fine. I'll do a television commercial for you if you'd like me to. I will shout this business from the highest mountain, I'm telling you.

The product is wonderful, but it's very expensive.

We have had them do windows for us before, so we decided to get them to our do bathroom project. Both projects were done well.

The contractor was very nice, helpful, and innovative. We had to make a slight change to the original plan, and he came up with a good idea.

During the installation, several unexpected problems surfaced. The crew made sure everything was done at the highest level of perfection, dealing with issues that needed to be fixed appropriately. The friendly crew were very easy to communicate with and answered questions without hesitation. It was apparent to us we were getting the best possible service throughout the installation. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we are very appreciative of the great service provided by the company who are quickly responsive when tweeting was necessary.
