We wanted opening windows in our bow and got non opening windows. Because I signed the order we are stuck with them. My paperwork stated 1/2 screens do I assumed they were opening windows. Why would you put a 1/2 screen on a non opening window

Arrived on time. Professional install. Friendly and courteous installers. Went over everything with us to insure we know how to operate and features.was a great experience. I love my new windows. Also noise reduction.

Windows were installed on May 10th - without screens. I was not informed prior to the job that they would not have the screens, and still, on June 2nd, I have no screens.

Every aspect of the project was proficient in every way.

The guys were responsible, and they did a good job for me. I was satisfied with that. I am satisfied with the windows and the workmanship. Additionally, when the guys arrived, they were professional.

From Josh A on sales to the installers we had all our questions answered and no one seemed disinterested in helping. Josh A was amazing and so very knowledgeable. The Installation Team was the best ever! I wish everyone could have them install for them.

When calling for scheduling measurements and scheduling install: Window Nation should come up on caller ID.
It does not. And measurements left no msg. So we would know to pick up. So almost a week went by. Scheduling did leave msg. More details needed for synchrony loan. Ex they will send you credit cards- you don’t need them for the loan. Still waiting to start loan payments…no info received.

The cost of the window replacement was reasonable and the process from start to finish was smooth and happened faster than expected.

They were professional, easy to work with, best price I could find, and they provide quality work and product. I have been referring window nation and Trevor to everyone.
