I liked the entire process, the sales process could be less lengthy maybe. But the people the installers the product are all good.

My experience with Window Nation was 5-star. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The whole team was very friendly, polite and professional. It was just around a month from the time they did the measurements to install. The installers covered everything and thoroughly cleaned the areas when they finished. I have a few more windows and a sliding door to replace and I will definitely give Window Nation the job when I’m ready.

We can’t get our locks on windows to lock had a technician out twice still don’t lock!!?? Had a sliding glass door installed and a piece cracked off now to try to get someone out to look at and fix!

They are expensive.

Well the jury's still out on that question because I've been waiting for someone to come a fix a broken part on my brand new $10,000 window (installed last Tuesday) but so far I'm getting the run around, so right now NO I would not recommend Window Nation

As far as the work goes, they do pretty good work. I had two projects done this year. I had one installer who was older and had everything by the tail; he was good, and everything was smooth. The installation for 8 windows took only 5 hours. The second one went pretty smoothly, and it was a whole different crew.

The Window Nation installers were great.

All the windows are attractive and they seem well installed and sealed around the edges. I especially love my awning windows. They're very easy to open. The two big casement windows I got (in my dining room and living room) are very attractive looking and you can open the side windows, which is nice because I like getting air in my rooms.

Everyone from the salesperson to the installers were kind, informative and helpful.

Quick process and fast installation

The process was seamless, I believe klaudia had our best interest in mind to figure the best price possible for our budget. If we are looking to replace our other windows in the future I would highly consider calling window nation again and will be referring them to anyone else looking to have their windows replaced. The product came as described and was installed correctly. We had rain a week later and no issues. We have had to put the heat on in our house and I’ve noticed that my house gets up to temp quickly and the furnace shuts off! Last winter when we first moved in it was on constantly and was so cold in the house if it wasn’t on. I think we are going to be much more comfortable this winter. I was so impressed with how the “Two Todd’s” (father and son) worked so well together! They were very nice and didn’t mess around…went right to work and didn’t stop until they had the job done! They showed me how to work the windows and made sure that I could work the windows! The windows are great and don’t rattle when the wind blows! Very, very pleased with the windows AND the Two Todd’s 😀😀! I also wanted to mention that they cleaned the windows and left the house clean👍 ❤️👍❤️

Front screen door pushes open front entry door doesn’t stay open and you can see the light coming through. The back window install took half of my window sill. Front window somewhat same thing. Emailed for repair but haven’t heard back. Btw paid in full 🤷‍♀️.

This is the second time I used Window Nation so I think that says alot about my satisfaction with them.

How precise efficient and I was surprised how quickly they were able to complete the job.

There was a measurement issue with own of our windows. The process to fix and get the window made was slow. It took an additional 2 months. They promised additional money off for the inconvenience but no one ever made it happened. Everyone passed the buck…disappointing. Windows were okay.

The only thing that makes me hesitant is the way that pricing can change so quickly, depending on how you respond to whether or not you want to move forward.
