One window was not done correctly

Window Nation was excellent in every area. Sales, measuring windows , putting in widows. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable and most of all on time. A lot of companies lack that quality.

My order was place in Feb 2025 and was completed in Nov 2025. It's been a process and my order was effectively lost for 3 months (due to some system migration). Thankfully I called with my purchase order and contract and was able to get the window order started, but overall that part really sucked.

Window Nation - Louisville, KY completely transformed my home. The windows are gorgeous and great quality. It is a very professional company. I would rate them higher if I could.

Big improvement from old windows.

The first installer was terrible. He made a mess in my house. Didn’t clean the windows when he was finished and the caulk was so haphazard.

Disappointed would be an understatement, 50% of the windows have physical damage and 100% have quality issues.

Good quality for an acceptable price.

Be sure to check installation before installers leave

We were told that the half screens could be on either the lower or upper window. That is not true. I hate being lied to.

Yes, they did exactly what they said they would and helped with getting the right windows to fit our needs. And once installed they looked great and improved the the inside and outside looks of our house.

From the sales presentation to the installation, the process was flawless. The 2 man installation crew was efficient, polite, and did a beautiful job. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone who asks.
