I’m happy with the windows. The colors I needed both outside and inside matched well and they look very nice inside and outside from a distance. The part I’m not happy about is the caulking around 2 particular windows. The intial caulk used was white which was not the color that was used on all the other windows and the caulking is very sloppy. I have talked to the installation manager regarding this and the only way to fix is to remove the windows and redo them which I do not want to do. The white caulk was covered with the correct color but it’s still sloppy because what was there had to be covered. The young man that did this caulking is new and definitely needs more instruction. The installers were very nice and willing to fix anything I was concerned about as best they could. If anyone asks me this issue is what I will tell them about and let them look at the windows themselves. Like is said I am happy with the quality of the windows.
