Due to a negligent plumber, my entire home flooded -- all three levels. It was a major disaster. Everyone at Willamette Restoration was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire restoration. Brent was great at explaining things to me (sometimes multiple times), and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked, he took the time to answer them all with a smile. All the tradespeople who worked for Willamette were equally professional. I hope I never have to use them again but definitely would should the need arise. They are great!

Kurt and Brent took great care of us every step of the way restoring our home from a fire. Every Willamette employee we encountered was helpful and courteous, and Kurt and Brent both took a lot of time to explain the process and help us through issues. Our restoration job turned out amazing, and when we were able to move back into our home it was better than before. We are so pleased with the job that Willamette did and recommend them highly.

They were extremely helpful with coordinating the replacement with the carpets, lighting and even tile that was not necessarily in the home but it was something they offered as an inexpensive but different alternative. It has actually improved my house.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the perfection that everything was done with. The windows, carpets, tiles, and everything that was installed and color coordinated. They did an absolutely perfect job of satisfying me as well as just doing a great job. Some of the things like for instance my fireplace had tile and the dimensions are a little crooked but they had an extreme professional who came in to line up that tile and you would never know it was not perfectly aligned arithmetically because it looks professional. It looks awesome. He did a great job. I would recommend them to any friend or business.
