I used ValEquity to do both my bathroom and my kitchen and I love them both. They stayed in budget and completed both of them early. They patiently explained things to me if I had questions and were responsive to calls and texts. They left my home in a clean manner. They did such a good job I also had some doors put in and some extra work done. I plan to use them again for a 3 seasons room in the future. I had no problems or concerns with the way they handled anything.
Recognized Excellence - Mike and Aaron both did a great job explaining things to me and completing the work quickly and correctly. Jim and Cameron were also at my home a lot during the project and were really nice and did a great job with everything.
Areas Of Satisfaction - ValEquity met my expectations with their salespeople. They did a great job. Also, they got the job done earlier than they said they would. It is nice to have my shower back. I also liked how well the installers cleaned up after themselves daily. The house back to its original state before they left for the day.

We feel like the work done was a great value and we never felt like they were "upselling" us or pressuring us to make choices that were outside our budget.
I’m so happy with the outcome for the remodel done in both my bathrooms. They look even better than what I had hoped. I had great experience with the design team and the construction guys. I have never done any remodel projects but couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very helpful communicating timelines and day-to-day progress. I would highly recommend!

Everything ValEquity has done for me up to this date has been very well done. I have not seen the current project on which they are working. I have not had any complaints, and they have very good communication. They are on task, and they give updates throughout the process. They have stayed on their timeline, which I think is very valuable.

We appreciate the workspaces being clean and tidy and safe when we stop over (sometimes kids in tow). We are halfway into the project and can hardly wait to use our new Kitchen and baths. A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
