The most professional experience with up front information and quality install. They also were about to work through some issues with fixing some minor mistakes with follow up that was timely and helpful. Their on site supervisor was excellent.
After accepting my payment, I was "ghosted" by the company and the project manager. Couldn't care less if I received all warranties. I finally called on the 43rd day after the roof was replaced to find out when my warranties were coming.
Stay away from this company. The work was average at best and they left a complete mess including nails all over my yard. The project manager told me he would send people to clean up, but never did. After getting two nails through my shoe and in to my foot, I bought a magnetic sweeper and picked up hundreds of nails myself.

The whole process had no complaints, they were done in a day, did an astounding job, and cleaned up well. I have no issues with anything they did and the project manager Dave Alan was amazing.

I would recommend The Exterior Company with a few caveats. I am generally pleased with the results, the workmanship and the materials used, but there was one thing that was overlooked in the estimate that required the skills and expense of a mason to complete the job. Also, the cleanup was less than satisfactory. Nails were left in completely obvious places like the roof and the deck. Nails in the lawn were also a problem that could have been avoided with more care taken in tarp use and placement. Perhaps more important, shingle removers could have been more diligent about using the tarps that were in place. Communications were generally good between me and the project manager, but there were breakdowns in intracompany communications that had a negative impact and led to misunderstandings.
Brad was very professional and patient, thorough, and precise. He followed up on his word. All these attributes are not just good for project management but also for customer service. It was very refreshing to work with Brad and Scott. We felt that we trusted them. They finished early. They hit everything on all fronts: cost, quality and time.
