After tornado damage Texas General Contractors acted as the appraiser for my insurance company. They were extremely thorough in the damage listed and sent to the desk appraiser. Their thoroughness led the desk appraiser for my insurance company to approve payment for all of the damages noted. This being the bid by Texas General Contractors I let them do the work also and was extremely happy. While everyone else was fighting with their insurance companies, some the same as mine, I was getting the work done at the quoted price which was agreed to by the insurance company so that all i was out was my deductible. The hassle of tornado damage was made hassle free thanks to Texas General Contractors.

Blake Jones was easy to work with and we are pleased with the results.

Overall, Texas General Contracting was very prompt.

Quality of the work completed was first rate. The price was fair. The only issue we had was that one of the sub contractors equipment was compromised with a hole in the vacuum tube removing insulation and the dust in the house was significant. The cleanup took us multiple days.

Max came out almost immediately after being called following our sprinkler system pipes bursting and causing a lot of damage throughout our building. A crew was brought in the same day to begin moving furniture out of damaged rooms. They began the drying out process the next day. Max was accessible when any problem arose and tended to it asap. We are very happy with the work that was done!

My husband and I have been very pleased with the contractor, Alex, and his foreman, Edgar. They were highly thoughtful and very professional, but at the same time we felt we got to know them on a friendly basis. If I called them they would always get back to me in a couple of hours. They hire subcontractors, and everybody they sent over to my house did a fantastic job. The floor people, the painter, and the people who rebuilt my island with the sile stone.
