This job was kind of screwed up. They started it 4 days ahead of schedule without notice. It's a rental property and the tenants all had to relocate their vehicles. I had it planned for them to park on a neighboring property later that week. The roof job went great but then someone dropped the ball and didn't order the inspection until I asked for the final permit over a month later.

I have recommendations this company numerous times for the quality service, price and product.

The roof is perfect! The job was clean, fast, and efficient. Every bit of the old materials and scraps from the new shingle installation were removed. They were so efficient at it that, a few days later when it occurred to me that it might be a good idea to save a piece of the new shingles so that the painters could use it to make a matching shutter color when we have the house painted, I couldn't find a single scrap.
