Back in mid 2019, I was introduced to the Storm Team by my neighbor who was having his roof replaced. My home was approaching the 20 year mark and had survived a few hurricanes. Clay was the representative I met with and spoke to and even though we were not showing any interior signs of roof damage, such as stains on the ceiling, after Clay went up and inspected the roof, he was confident that the insurance company would pay for the majority of our roof replacement. What I liked about working with the Storm Team was the way they handled the negotiations with the insurance company. We all know what a pleasure that usually is. Once the ball got rolling, Clay was in constant contact with us explaining what would happen next and when we could expect certain aspects of the job to get done such as delivery of the shingles, when work would commence etc. Everything ran like clockwork. I was amazed that such a big job could run so smoothly. Once completed the payment was exactly as anticipated. Thank you Clay for a job well done.
