The star popped up. I would not give them any stars.I wish I could give them a negative 0Worst repair job and experience ever.My neighbors are still laughing at how long the job took.

Speaking in regard to Mark the owner, he very unprofessional. They broke my things & tried to glue them back together, things that were imported from other countries. The furniture wasn't cleaned upon returned even though They billed the insurance company for the cleaned items.

Steamatic-Greater Atlanta did an excellent job in removing mold from our bedroom and family room. Their employees were very professional and courteous!

Steamatic did a good job. They would bring things back when requested sometimes. At the end when they brought back everything, I noticed that some things were not as clean or not cleaned at all as I thought. Maybe they couldn't clean them.

Max and his crew were great.

They were very nice people, especially the lady that ran the job, she was very, very, nice. I was very apprehensive about the whole thing but they basically made me at ease and made me feel better. They were very understanding and told me they would fix it and they did.

Steamatic employees were helpful, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them.

My project was to remove and store the contents of our storm destroyed accessory building. Steamatic employees went to work promptly and without a lot of conversation completed the task.

After having our dishwasher break and flood our kitchen, Steamatic was called in to help with the water damage. The service provided was excellent. They were always early, thorough, and friendly. The process was explained and we were constantly updated with what to expect next. I would highly recommend Steamatic of Greater Atlanta for any type of clean-up service.

Very unprofessionally trained staff with regard to clean up. They know how to hook the fans but nothing about demolition of drywall. NOT impressed with this company and would absolutely not recommend it.

Before they did the job and bombarded me with all the information, they gave me a cost. Once everything was over the cost went up 4times, what they said. that wasn't fair or honest.

The contractors were excellent. They were very professional and explained everything. They answered all my questions. Their process was awesome and they quickly resolved a bad flood incident so that there was no lasting residual damage.

Max and his team from Steamatic did a great job with my water damage. Max came out quickly and worked with my schedule for installing the equipment to dry out the basement. The only issue I had was the fans tripping breakers. This resulted in a loss of power to my alarm system. Max came and did what he could, but couldn't get it working again. Now it is on me to get it fixed. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them for any work you need done.

We had water damage on the kitchen hardwood floor and on the carpets in adjacent rooms. The processes Steamatic used to "mitigate" these damages produced MUCH DUST and were MOST NOISY. Steamatic took NO CARE to protect the kitchen cabinets and their contents, the furniture in the adjacent rooms, the non-affected areas of the house, and above all, the house's air system ducts from the thick greasy DUST. We obviously had no prior experience with water damage mitigation. We did not know enough to ask for these protective measures. Since they obviously know how dusty their work can be, they ought to have taken measures to keep the dust from the kitchen cabinets, furniture, the non-affected areas of the house, and above all, from the house's air system ducts.
