Both the installers did a great job pulling out the old windows and replacing the new windows that I ordered. I was afraid I would need to pull out the plantation shutters that had been installed but they assured me they would not need to do that. They removed the old and had the new in place in one afternoon picking up the pieces as they went. I highly recommend their work.

We had a couple bumps in the road, but they made everything right, and they stood behind their work. They were good about everything, and they were easy to get a long with. They were accommodating, and wanted to make sure we were happy with the windows.
Construction Quality - I would give them 8 stars. They are good quality windows, and that is one of the reasons we went with them.
Value - We always want something for less. They were a lot, but you get what you pay for.
Areas For Improvement - It was a really good experience. They were very knowledgeable and were not pushy. They were very helpful assisting us in making the right decision. They also explained their windows over others. I didn't feel they were trying to twist our arm.
