Starlight Homes was probably the best fit for me in my situation. As a first-time homebuyer, it was a simple and affordable option. They were very easy to work with and convenient to get through the process with because house life can be very stressful.

Started off very impressed because the mortgage deal made it possible. The home was nice. We were also sold because of the upcoming swimming pool to be built (we were told it would start in September, but still hasn't 2 months later). This makes me unsure.

The house was beautiful and in great shape. It needed very little retouch work. Grant and his crew took care of the few items very quickly. Grant was constantly checking in to make sure we were loving our new place. All workers were very friendly and respectful in our new home. Very polite and professional. Blake our sales rep was very knowledgeable and seemed like he wanted the best for us and not just a sale. Grant and Blake both made themselves totally available. In the rare event they were not able to answer the phone they were very quick to return the call. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both Blake and Grant were ready to move mountains to make sure we were completely satisfied with EVERYTHING!

They were very friendly, with nice attention to detail. I am very pleased.

Loved our salesman and was very easy to work with and had a lot in common with him. Also the Construction Manager was fantastic was very attentive to any questions we had and had a lot of knowledge on the entire home and was willing to help us with anything we needed.

The home is great!

The lack of integrity and honesty in the management ranks is a significant concern for me. I would be hard-pressed to encourage people to buy from Starlight after the way the management treated my wife and me.

The house is nice, with the exception of the door trim and the doors. We had some issues with the handles, but they were quick about responding and fixing the issues.

They are great homes at affordable prices.

Absolutely YES! I can not stress enough how incredibly smooth the process was. Everyone was super communicative and attentive to any and all questions we had. I want to also take a moment to thank Dalton for the incredible knowledge, responsiveness, and overall professionalism he shows. We truly felt comfortable asking the questions, even the ones we thought were silly. Dalton was really a star in the process and we can not thank him enough.
The whole team at starlight is absolutely incredible and we truly can not thank everyone enough. They kept in constant communication with true times and true numbers, which was very important to us.
We would and will recommend starlight to anyone we know.
