Original door to door sales lady great. The person who did quotes and showed quality of window very thorough and great. Felt a lil high priced but good quality. The installation good but they were really fast. A couple scratches showed up on panels. Reinstalled my original wood panels. Everyone was really hussling and pleasant and knew what yhey were doing. It was super cold outside. Looked good after they left.

Would recommend the product. The experience with the first sales pitch meeting was not good.

Other than the presentation everything was very professional. From the man who came out and took measurements to the install team. The man who took measurements noted some color changes that the salesman had not gotten right. When we got the product everything was right and the install team did an excellent job. We are happy with the way things went.

Perhaps I should have shopped aaround more but. . . I liked your saales lady. I liked the people who did the installing.

It was a big decision for me to make having a tub to walk-in shower done and I was very nervous about it. I wanted to have a safe bathing experience with shower walk-in and hand bar assistance. The in-home presentation gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Scheduling went smoothly and quickly. All personnel from beginning to end were very easy to work with. The final "reveal" is beautiful.
