COVID-19 JOBSITE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Daily Job Arrival
We will Text the Customer upon arrival to the Property (Optional)
We will provide "Safe Access" for the Customer to enter and exit the home.
On the Job Daily Activities
*Crew will make every attempt to practice "Social Distancing" while
working on the Roof, during ground cleanup, taking breaks and lunch.
*Crew will wear Facemask Protection while working on Property.
*We will supply hand sanitizer and soap for crew hand washing/sanitization.
*"Privacy Tent" serves as a Crew restroom with all waste taken away.
At the end of EACH workday we pick up roofing debris and sanitize the following items:
1--Exterior Water spigots/faucets
2--Exterior Electrical Receptacles
4--Our Crew's "Privacy Tent"
When we are off property for the day, the Customer will receive a final text. (Optional)
It has been a great experience dealing with Roofology. Ray is very attentive and detail oriented. He explained the process clearly from the initial appointment, during the work and post work follow up. His crew were also great. They showed up on time and all the work was done per agreed scheduled. Roofology's warranty also the other thing that sets this company apart from others. Overall very satisfied.

I am so glad my insurance agent recommended Roofology to me when we needed our roof reshingled. Ray Brown did an exceptional job of communication in all phases of the process. We got several estimates before we decided to go with Roofology and the difference in how we were treated was like night and day. The crew was obviously experienced and acted professionally in every way. We felt we were treated very well at every step of the project and received an excellent value for our money.
Communication - I was especially impressed by the extent Ray Brown went to regarding communication with me, whether it was informing me of the roofing process or keeping me updated on the status of the project (before starting, during, and post-completion.)
Installation Crew - My wife and I were both impressed with the crew as being hard-working, efficient, and professional in the way they operated.
Problem Resolution - More a matter of answering questions and providing advice than resolving problems, but when a few small things came up they were promptly and courteously resolved.

To give you some insight I installed, repaired and ultimately was a project manager for our shingle, tile, flat and repair departments over 15 years. Ray has been the consummate professional throughout, Werner and his crew worked fast and efficiently and we could not be happier with the final result. The biggest compliment I can give is that once it was done we felt like no one was here. The only sign was an actual sign from Roofology which I will proudly represent.

We were very happy with every aspect of the roof project. All the team member were great to work with and really cared about the quality of the work they did. I normally hate to work with contractors but Roofology has changed my mind! I never felt pressured and they were very patient with us ( as we had a little trouble deciding on the color.) I highly recommend them!
