Regal Restoration’s Covid-19 Protocols
We are all in this together, so we all have to be apart! We are sure that we can return to handshakes soon, but for now, here is how Regal is making changes to keep everyone safe during the Covid-19 outbreak.
Regal can easily complete a no-contact inspection of your roof system while respecting a 6-foot safe distance. It’s “the new polite,” and we are happy to respect it, for your safety and ours. We can discuss our roof inspection findings on the phone, or we can invite you to a quick face-to-face online meeting. We call it the “No Infection Inspection.”
All of our paperwork can be made digital, and sent to you via email for a simple electronic signature. No apps to download, no webpages to sign in to, it’s as simple as typing your name.
We Meet the Adjuster For You
If your insurance company wants to send a representative to inspect your home, we will be there for you. Stay inside, stay safe, and let us discuss our inspection with your adjuster.

We had a fantastic experience with Regal Restoration! Our claims specialist, Brad Stusak, was our complete advocate. He did an incredible job with guiding us through the entire process. We have Allstate insurance, which is notorious for being difficult to deal with regarding Atlas Chalet shingles. But, Brad worked with both us and the insurance consultants, knowing exactly what to say and do to get our roof covered under our policy with no difficulties. We cannot recommend Brad and Regal enough!
