The design of our patio was changed by the workers - and we really didnt realize it until we looked at it carefully. It is an unacceptable mess. If the supervisor was onsite, he was not recognizable. If I had the time I would get on every social media account I have and warn others away from this company.

Prince William Home Improvement was a quality company to work for and I feel like our deck will last us many decades. I believe they will back up their products and their workmanship. If I have any troubles I can call them and they will see to the issue. But the deck was done so well, I don't foresee any problems arising.

PWHI engaged with us throughout the entire promise. We were never left wondering how our project was progressing. We considered about a dozen contractors and PWHI was the best all around, considering price, materials, timeline, and customer service.

They worked very timely and able to begin work early. The project was finished very quickly and efficiently. It was just a great job.

Make sure at the initial meeting you understand what you are getting. That was the only problem - is that we were getting something different other than what we are getting. Please have them define horizontal versus vertical. It was very confusing. Their idea of horizontal or vertical had nothing to do with what the posts are going to be imbedded in. We thought it was going to be the tracks because we were told by Cash, that anything horizontal would be tracked. Anything vertical would be wood. We thought everything would be tracked - so I wouldn't have to have everything stained. I am not trying to be nasty, but I don't want to have to paint the stain for the next 20 years of my life. We thought what was holding the metal posts going vertically would be mounted into the tracks. We had no idea about what wrapped meant. We would like to have the choice to decline or accept it. On the other hand, we are so pleased with the work they did. Everybody that came here couldn't have been more nicer or accommodating. My son was very impressed. We paid a lot of money for this and it wasn't quite what I expected.

The experience was very pleasant everyone that I came in contact with was professional and all performed above and beyond what I expected. I am very happy with the work I had done.

Overall, the quality of work was good. One of the lights on the steps is already coming loose and there were dozens of cigarette butts in my yard...not good. Finally, the cost was extreme.

They were very quick, accurate, and thorough with the construction of everything.

We are very happy with how the screened porch turned out and with the quality of the workmanship. We received very good support from the customer service team. There were some glitches, including a design flaw, that delayed the project start and added significantly to our cost. Also, the project manager did not communicate with us regularly throughout the project. Overall, however, we are very pleased with the final product.

Initial planning was somewhat less than expected but once the project materials were delivered it took off from there and the progress of building the new deck and finishing up with several quality control visits was excellent. We are pleased with the final product.

Chase the salesman was knowledgeable and prepared. Stephanie followed up and after completion was courteous.

I recommended Wanda Gardner that lived in the Villas also. She came to see my deck but I did not get the $150.00. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I may have someone else that is interested, but she is not sure because I did not get the reward.

PWHI was fantastic to work with. To be honest, the "sales pitch" comes off a bit "showy" but once we started working with them it was a well oiled machine. We were kept informed through the whole process and were always available to answer questions or concerns. Excellent crew got the job done!
