Prince Williams Home improvement does great work. They are not cheap, but the quality and the reliability are worth it.
At first the work was very nice but after a month the railings already broke and I had to call service to come out and make repairs. My railings are way too loose and move too freely. They are already about to break. Weak infrastructure.
They initially told us it would take 2 weeks and it actually took 3 months. There was very little communication and sometimes they showed up and sometimes not. I felt they were unreliable.
They had excellent customer service and very responsive!

PWHI exceeded our expectations with this project. We were impressed by their customer service and the timeliness, in particular. Our deck is beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it this summer!
The quality of the work is very good. I was disappointed they did not clean up at the end of the job more. We had to move a pallet with 3 bags of concrete mix and large pieces of wood that were left over. The workers also left a box of nails and a tool charger.
Prince William Home Improvement installed our deck ahead of schedule. Workers were courteous and hard-working. We are very pleased with the final result.
We were very satisfied from the sales representative initially back in late January, on through dealing with the final inspection by the company. Every time I had reason to call them, my call was promptly answered and my questions resolved. The crew was skilled and attentive to our property and very professional.

The deck looks nice but I had to keep cleaning after the workers because they left trash and screws all around my yard.

Prince William's quality of work is great. We love the looks of our new deck; we haven't used the deck yet but it looks very nice. The building crew worked very fast and we are satisfied with the end results.
Although the beginning of the process was very rocky and I was very unhappy, the end result turned out to be amazing. Once we were able to get on the same page of my expectations, everything turned out great.
From the initial design consultation to the final inspection we had a great experience with this company. The employees and contractors from office to site are professional, skilled and knowledgeable. The work started and ended a week earlier than we expected and the carpenters and crew had to deal with a lot of mud after heavy rain halfway through the project. The company sent someone after completion to wash the deck again, which we did not expect. All were pleasant to work with and clearly showed we were important to them.
We saw the work done at our neighbors house and we were self referred by our neighbors. We would do the same thing if anyone asked us.
Prince William Home Improvement's quality of product met my expectations. However, I experienced great difficulty trying to communicate with the company throughout the entirety of my project.
