At this point, there are areas of concerns that we have addressed. Thicker areas of top coat that do not match the surrounding porch. At the top of the steps, entrance to our home, there are several issues that look like someone stepped on the wet surface. These look like dry spots. I have reached out about these concerns and a service was started for us but have not heard back. Not happy about the job right now. Hopefully upon service completion we hope to say we are satisfied.

Ask the salesman not to do pretend phone calls when asked for a discount. It was too obvious and therefore took some of the professionallity away. He was very informative, timely and friendly.

Pinnacle did a great job on our new front and back covered porches and garage flooring — it is absolutely beautiful. We chose the Mount Everest color pattern which complements our exterior gray stone masonry, white siding, and black shutters. We can’t say enough to compliment the crew who did the work. They were professional, good natured, and worked well as a team. We appreciated their attention to detail. We highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking to protect their concrete flooring.
