Additional Comments - I used them because of the ads I saw on TV. They lived up to their excellent reputation!!

The garage turned out nice, but the machine they used to sand the floor scored my sidewalk and they wanted me to find someone to repair it - they would pay for repair. They say they don't have anyone to repair it so they asked me find someone. I don't know any contractors to do a small job replacing a 6'x3' sidewalk at the end of my driveway. I tried calling a few guys, but no success getting a quote. I should not have to this - they broke it, they should fix it.

Everything they have done for me has been excellent.

Just had our garage floor sealed by pinnacle and I can’t tell you how amazing it is I am in love with my garage. It’s beautiful the company was great to work with I changed my mind multiple times on the color and they were great at helping me they got here right on time they finished within four or five hours and cleaned up everything was perfect I would highly recommend them. My garage is beautiful it’s like another room to my house I’m thinking of adding a ping pong table now customer service is great my husband was having a hard time moving cleaning out the garage and they were willing to wait for our time schedule to come out and do the floor it’s absolutely beautiful if you can call the garage floor beautiful but we are very happy

Beautiful coating. We have received nothing but praise and questions about it. From friends and family. The finished patio has held up perfectly through two parties and a host of overnight visitors.
It is still early yet but we expect years of use on our Beautiful patio.

I had a double crew, who arrived early and started to work right away. It was a very big job and for the most part it was done very well. I would recommend them to others, however I have a couple of areas that were overlooked or did not have enough top coat applied on the sides of the porch, which has created some sharp edges of un-coated flake. One area on the sidewalk leading to the outdoor shower (relieve joint) is completely void of flake or coating and needs touch up.
The stairs on the rear pation (Large stone/paver stair) was not coated per instructions, however the crew dripped the clear coat on the un-covered stair leaving a half dozens drip marks and some attached flake.
The day they did the coating we had wind gusts which blew the flake into the yard, garden etc... Although it would be impossible to clean it all up I was told by the foreman that it was windy and there was nothing they could do about it. I spent an hour the next day cleaning up and it was much better. I understand that they had a long day and work their asses off, but other homeowners would not be able to come behind them and clean up! Lastly they failed to completely cover my driveway, which in turn some flake and clear poly ended up on the driveway during the work. My driveway was just coated in the fall, and again I do understand the size and complexity of the job, but I feel more care should have been taken to protect these surfaces.
Crew was friendly, responsive and worked hard.

Excellent work and communication all the way through from the initial to the follow ups! I’m very pleased with the outcome!

I feel that the final product was good but the backlog was extremely long to the point we almost forgot about it. The job itself was only one day but it went into the night time and the workers had very little lighting to see the final product. It turns out they had to come back weeks later for a lot of touch up.

They completed the job in the allotted time and communication regarding scheduling was frequent and accurate. The crew was extremely neat.
