I love the job, but due to the weather, our job started on a Monday and we had to wait until Friday for a crew to come back. In the meantime, everything was outside all week. Also, Monday's crew was great, but one of the men on Friday got mad because the salesman hadn't drawn up the plan right and he was cursing and throwing things while I was telling him I wanted the whole garage apron done. Very unprofessional.
Communication was not good in my opinion. Plus salesman told us they were 60 days out for job completion. Contact says 90 business days which is more like 4 months. And they intended to use every bit of that time. Putting 1/3 down in July for an outdoor project that won't be completed until Dec is bad business. My bad for being sold a bill of goods.
They did a good job. I am happy.

From beginning to end everything i was told was going to happen happened. Their salesperson, James McDonald, arrived on time for the appointment. He was very personable and truthful in telling me that the job would be done within a 90 day window of time due to pandemic issues (and it was). His presentation was informative and no pressure was evident as he spoke about the company and the product. The day the job was to be done the two workers arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous throughout the time they were here, working straight through , taking only a short break. The end result was that the floor turned out looking great! I am so happy that I chose Pinnacle to do the job!

I would strongly recommend this company even though they made a mistake with the garage floor where it didn’t dry even after 5 days. Within days Pinnacle was back and redid the entire floor. I now have a beautiful floor. They did a great job.
