Outstanding project mangangment.
I had 4 major repairs done and didn't have a problem with the new windows installation, or the new gutters and downspout installation, but the painting and siding installation were and continue to be a problem. To begin with I just wanted half the house painted, (the bottom half) the paint was mismatched and I had to pay to have the rest of the entire house painted, I thought that meant the rest of the house but they didn't and said that it didn't include the window frames plus one thin coat on the trim that dirt and discoloration can be seen through. The type siding installed requires that it be caulked, but this was missed in several areas and the bottom row is loose. The siding crew also drove a nail right through the wiring which shorted out two rooms and electrified the exterior metal to the point where the crew was getting shocked when they touched anything metal. To their credit, PGRS paid for the electrician to fix and rewire but not before they asked me to pay half because they had no way of knowing if the short already existed.

A+ rating as far as I'm concerned! Jason Loyd was the Rep that came out and inspected our old roof and gave us the run down and options on a new one. He was great and knew his stuff! Installation was right on schedule and the job was completed by days end. Great job guys....highly recommend PGRS!
