Great job!
Ask for Chase; he is great.
They did a spectacular job. I was thoroughly impressed from the beginning to the end.
I would absolutely recommend the company to my friends. They were professional and the quality of work was outstanding.
You won't find a better contractor.
these guys did really good work. siding for your house is not cheap. But these guys price was fair. and they worked fast and do great work. plus the were a prefered contractor with the product we use. and they have a great warranty.I am really happy with the work they did.
Everything went as planned. They did a good job and were very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the results.
They are a great company to work with and have great results.
The crews overall were great. I am very happy with the outcome of the siding and trim, gutters, and windows. The only issue I have is that the paint on my new door had to be re-painted a couple of times and there is still some issues with it that were not addressed since the last time I reached out to the project manager some months ago.
By far the best experience I've had with any home improvement contractors to date. Very professional, communicative and efficient.
Excellent job, professional crew, and I am very happy with the project.
It was a pleasure to work with PGRS. The salesperson, project manager, and construction crew were all courteous, professional, and above all, honest about the work to be done. I was able to meet the owner as well, who came out to make sure the siding could be installed according to our expectations without any problems or errors in construction.
Basically I was pleased with the quality of work. They did what they said they would do and I recommended them to 2 other home owners in my neighborhood. I see now, a 3rd neighbor, within site of my house is using them for repairs. I'll definitely use them in the future as I need some additional siding repairs in the future.
The staff at PGRS went above and beyond to help fix a mess left by a different, cheaper competitor. The owner came out and gave his opinion on how to correct the problems. This was the 2nd time of using them and I highly recommend them.
After a minor wind damage incident, I advised PGRS and they quickly sent a repair crew to make repairs. The work was professionally done and completed in short order.I have been completely satisfied with PGRS since they finished my siding installation.
I am thoroughly satisfied from start to finish.
The only thing I was dissatisfied with was a little finishing detail that has come off the house.
Ariel is very professional and thorough in everything he does. I would highly recommend this company for repairs.
For likely to recommend, all of our complaint issues were resolved. The owner actually came to our house and apologized sincerely. However, it took a lot of phone calls and a lot of me being frustrated and angry with them in order for everything to be resolved. It involved a lot of teeth pulling to describe it before we actually felt satisfied with the apology and the way we were treated.
I would tell them to be careful about who their sales rep is. The workers did good work but the sales rep. made mistakes that I had to pay for.
The crew was top-notch, and the job was well done. I am very satisfied.
Go over every mark and symbol on their drawings and be sure items like sealing corners, sealing joints, and wavy appearance of final siding product are understood by all. My job was not a complete re-do and involved matching up with prior Hardie replacements. Take pictures of specifically discussed items. Painting prep should include scraping, repairing, and/or sanding prior paint job as needed, in addition to any new work- to a smooth paint ready state, especially around windows and trim boards. Caulk/recaulk well, and let it dry. Every project looks good if you just view the final paint from a distance at job completion, but closer inspection reveals shortcomings you will contend with in a couple years. Insist on two coats, of the best paint they offer (lesson learned- with a primer color slightly different from the finish to make the spraying gaps more obvious). If you have gutter helmets, clean them very well before considering letting PGRS paint them. New paint only covers mold/mildew for a little while, and rough surface disrupts the sheeting action. I also recommend you review Hardie siding installation instructions with the project manager, and watch the workers. Lesson learned from a prior vendor- if nails are over driven in Hardie boards, replace them. Caulking those nail heads at paint time just guarantees you'll need to recaulk & paint every few years.
Project included new hardie plank siding and gutters and we are very pleased with the outcome.
I have used them multiple times. I am a three-time customer. I have always had excellent service and I have never had complaints about anything.
