Pushy sales tactics, bullying customers to stay within contract when they have explained (2 days after signing) that financially not possible. Then inundate you with emails and phone calls (3 within a week!) to complete their survey.
I would consider Nu Look to be more of a "general contractor" as our project was subbed out. However this service is valuable as it eliminates a lot of research and time on the part of the customer as Nu Look has already found licensed and insured companies that they trust.
From start to finish - very professional. Salesman knew the product, Product Manager communicated everything we need to know. Foreman on the job the entire time. Crew was very efficient - if you did not know it was a new roof you would know they had been here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NU LOOK! THEY DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STARS~

If what you want is the absolute cheapest roof (why is that what you want?), Nu Look is not that. But if you want a high quality roof that will last, they're great. Very professional and a good value for the money.
Our original NuLook rep was from the “retail” side of the house. His presentation was well scripted. He quoted us a price that was almost twice what the insurance was allowing. When we told him, his response was that we actually needed to speak to a rep who dealt with the insurance side of the house. And, lo and behold, the job could be done for the amount the insurance was paying. Talk about bait and switch…. We chose NuLook because of the Owens Corning shingle we could get in our 1st choice color. In radio commercials, Patrick talks about full transparency and fair pricing. Really????? A friend asked me about my experience with NuLook. I happily told her the process and the end product was great but that your pricing is shady.
