I feel like I had to do a lot of hand-holding, which I did not enjoy. The roofers did a section incorrectly, and I just happened to catch it and report to the rep. That makes me wonder what else they might have done wrong? After the job was done, Dave told me he would come back to check the job, but he never did. I had to contact him to arrange that. I asked to see pictures...he said he had loads of pictures...but he couldn't find them and had to go up and take some for me. An apology goes a long way for me, but I never received one - just excuses.

I am very happy with the roof job Moore & Sons did. New decking and shingles, new roof vent. All done quickly and cleanly. We did not find a single nail or scrap after they finished. Price was competitive. I have recommended to others thinking about roof replacement.

Moore & Sons was very knowledgeable about the many aspects of roofing. They answered all of my many questions and they went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very picky, so that says a lot. Moore & Sons represents Owens Corning, the best brand on the market. Their crew did quality workmanship and they promptly resolved a minor issue with my diverter.

An absolutely fantastic experience. They took extreme care of our landscaping which was the biggest concern for my wife. Attention to detail and the trim work after the roof was put on made me extremely happy. Gutters, downspouts, heat tape the works. Satisfied and highly recommend!

They did an excellent job. They were clean and efficient and so nice.

Roof looks great! I like that if something isn’t to your liking they will make sure it gets fixed right away.

Professional from the jump start.

The biggest reason for not giving 5 stars is that I asked if the crews would be their employees and was told they would be by Ed. The gentlemen that did the installation were contractors. If I had not been home for the install, I would not have noticed the contractors using the incorrect underlayment that I paid extra to have.

Check back with me in 20 years and I will tell you if the money I spent was worth it.

Very pleased with how quickly they completed my roof by my desired completion date. Roofing crew was very efficient and worked two very long intense days to complete the project.

Our nephew recommended Moore and Sons. He is in construction and had worked with them on other jobs. He said they were trustworthy and knew there stuff. We had good, polite workers. Finished in less than 8 hours to do our entire roof. Polite workers who cleaned up everything and I would recommend them to anyone.
