Montell Construction was there to help us every step of the way in completing the construction of our 4 season porch. We had numerous problems with our insurance company in completing this task. We had a 3 season porch that collapsed last winter due to all the snow and rain. Chad McNew went over and above all of our expectations by working directly with our insurance company even when they were being very difficult to work with. He came to meetings at our house when the insurance company brought in their own engineer and 'builder'. He was there to support us when the insurance company was trying to misrepresent the city building codes. These were all things that we had no way of knowing. We are very thankful for all of his help. The result is that we have a beautiful 10'x30' four season porch. We will enjoy this addition as long as we are in this house!
