Job was very well done by James and his helper. However, the sorry state of our economy will greatly discourage a lot of people. I had to choke on the cost, but thank God we had the means to do it. We will be in debt for a while. That is why I rated an 8.

How quickly you respond to request for visit and how rapidly the job was done. Every person we had contact with from Nicole who called to set up appt in beginning to Michael who brought his suitcase and explained everything to me to Antoine who came and double-checked measurements to Patrick who did the work were all so friendly, welcoming, honest and precise and LISTENED to what I wanted when all others told me I couldn’t have it done that way!! Patrick did an amazing job and left not a speck of dust to show anyone had been there - he came right when he said he would and worked with the delay when we ran into structural damage that we had to fix first before completion. You can certainly tell this company sets high ideals and adheres to them in every phase.
