Mad City Windows & Baths installed all new windows in my house last a week ago Tuesday. Rich & Hunter Rager & John Holliday did a fantastic job with the install and had it done in a day! They were pleasant & efficient as was Dustin Arnold, the field rep who came becuz I had an issue with what I was expecting would be done with the interior window trim. It was my understanding with Ryan Guisinger that they were going to replace the interior trim as well due to mold issues. Unfortunately it wasn't written into my contract, so didn't happen. They did use mold kill spray & Dustin advised that I seal the interior trim with Kilz & paint to do a total mold stop. There won't be any more mold spread with the new windows fortunately. Dustin did give me a credit for the misunderstanding and also reimbursed me for the pizza lunch I bought for the guys.

Overall, very pleased with the process, people and character of the team. Glad to have some high quality windows with a lifetime transferable warranty. Thank you!

The process went well from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and worked with us to get just what we wanted.

all the timetables were adhered to and there was good communication regarding arrival of installation and measurements etc.

It only took them a day to complete.

I like the product and the installers were great. I did have issues post installation. Customer service is a major consideration for me. When I reported my problem on a weekend I had immediate help. The follow up team has been responsive and very concerned about what happened and have gone an extra mile to take care of everything

I give a 10 to the installer who was great. However i was greatly mislead by the salesman or the office which stated completly different stands on an issue that came up, leading to great distress for my family and myself.

The look of the cabinets are beautiful.

The installer was polite, explained everything he was doing and left the bathroom clean.

I don’t have anything bad to say – they showed up and did the job quick and well. A little debris was left over in one of the rooms, but nothing worth fussing about.
