Charles was terrific on the installation. However he put the shower curtain rod too short so Mike came out and raised it to 78 in.

Nick, the installer was friendly, and very considerate of my home. He did a fantastic job, with the plumbing and carpentry. Did a great job of fitting the new shower

Perfection from Charles and Mike and always cleaned up after the day was over.

The salesman, Quinn and workman, Alex and the receptionist are very knowledgeable and helped me with decisions, the work, and the calls. I would recommend Mad City to my family and friends! I also will give a 20 Star rating to all that I have worked with. Oh and I can’t forget Stewart, on my list for 20 Star rating! I have seen other contractors, but Mad City will do their best to make you happy, I am very pleased with the work they did for me!

Love my new Windows. Ryan and Matthew did a fine job on installing. Clean up was Fantastic.

The time to completion was one and 1/2 days.

We were hoping to save our old tub unit which was only a little more than a year old, but they said it could not be saved.

We are very pleased with our experience with Mad City. William said their team of professionals would be the best and we got exactly that!! Thanks everyone ~*
