Following the sales process, all 18 of windows were installed within about 60 days. All resources involved were kind and respectful and did an amazing job addressing our questions and concerns. The finished product and installation job exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with the overall experience.

No one else uses materials that are this high in quality, nor do the work so thoroughly. Completely redoing the walls, ceiling and floor of shower just blew me away, but this is standard at Mad City. Its expensive work, but you get what you pay for.

Workers worked efficiently, respectfully; cleaned space often. Windows look great!

The overall experience was excellent--from our salesman, to the young man that came to measure and the ones that can to install the walk-in shower. All of them were on time, very professional, explained everything to us. Also Charles the one that did most of the instillation had the shower installed in one day and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with everything!!

1day conversion turned into 3 weeks and shower is to narrow 1of windows was installed with broken sash we are disappointed with experience

The quality of the work is terrible. It took 3 attempts for the installation to be completed. The doors aren’t level. The right hand door opens all by itself. The finish, i.e., looks amateurish. Truth be told, I feel as if I spent $21000 for an $8000 job.

From the start till the completion we received communication with the company!
