They were quick to respond and completed the repairs/cleaning as soon as possible -
We've used Jenkins Restoration for 2 major home repairs from water damage and would only use them again if ever needed. I highly recommend Jenkins to service your needs 100% from start to finish on any job in your home.
They exceeded all of my expectations with a professional manner. They recommended some supply changes that were better than my original decisions. I am glad I followed their recommendations because they knew what they were doing and I didn't.
They were knowledgeable and professional. They addressed my concerns well
Great service and were prompt , I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Workers were very friendly & professional. They approached us anytime there was an issue that needed addressed and what our options were.
I thank them very much.
At this point. I would strongly recommend AGAINST Jenkins as the responsiveness to complete the job has been unsatisfactory in my opinion. I hope that before the job is completed there is excellent service to change my mind.
Jenkins Restorations was very, very good. They came back to fix things that were minor. They were kind, considerate, and satisfied with the restoration.
Frank, who oversaw it, did an excellent job! His staff who came underneath him and his personnel they did a good job as well.
Tore out too much wall which complicated our insurance claim. Refused to talk with the GC, and then when our GC ran WAY Long, started threatening to sue US because they hadn't been paid, even though the claim was still open and we hadn't been paid.
We were thrilled with the results of their work. They were wonderful and we highly recommend them!!!
Extremely satisfied with the end result, getting rid of the water!!!
Areas Of Satisfaction - Project manager kept us informed
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the flooring. It was spectacular. The guys were wonderful. Tucker bent over backwards and he was fabulous.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the flooring people, the people that came and remediated the mold situation, and Tucker Murz. He was fabulous.
It's already been said in the previous statements.
Jenkins gave me a "punch list" of items that still needed to be repaired and claimed that we couldn't withhold payment since most of the work was done. However, once they got their money, we became a low priority. They contacted us maybe once every 4-6 weeks with excuses. We ended up moving out and the repairs were never done.
Jenkins Restoration came to our rescue on a Saturday and worked diligently to start the restoration project. They were quick and professional.
Not a company I would recommend! Initial response and service was timely, but it was downhill from there. Jenkins representative was misleading at best about what was to be done - whether full or partial repair of deck, and other details -- and only explained at last minute. Costs not made clear, and no change-orders prepared even when requested. Material delivery was a real problem - but delays even after material finally came. Phone calls and texts not always returned. Actual workers did not seem to know scope of the job until I asked questions. Also, ordered wrong posts for railing, but fortunately were able to find a replacement. Again, I was not informed until that work was well under way. Tree hit deck in April 2020, I made final payment in August 2021.
The work performed by Jenkins was a disaster from start to finish. We contracted with Jenkins to handle repairs due a small kitchen fire in our home. In the end, all that was needed was a deep cleaning (handled by another company), repairing the electrical wiring that was damaged from the fire and grout cleaning behind our range. Jenkins sent an unsupervised subcontractor to perform the electrical work and that contractor cut a large notch in a load-bearing beam. Work had to be stopped for inspection by the county engineer. As a result, temporary supports had to be added on two levels of our house while the beam was replaced. Communication during this entire process was TERRIBLE; we had to contact Jenkins on a regular basis to get any kind of a status update. A job that should have taken a week, took months, delaying renovations on our kitchen. We will never use Jenkins again.
They arrived as scheduled. They explained the equipment and time frame. After the drying, they cleaned up like they were never here.
The team was great. Mike told us everything to expect. Said he would return on a date and did.
Would not recommend Jenkins because the work was not done to industry standards. You could still see where the patch was installed. The ceiling was not smooth like it was before they started. They made scratch marks on my hardwood floors where they did not cover with either paper or drop clothes. They tried to clean up the mess with sanding sponges. Yes I said they used sanding sponges on my hardwood floors. I have pictures of them on their hands and knees with the sponges and pictures of the marks that were left where they sanded off the finish. If you would like to see the pictures I would be glad to send them to you upon request. email@example.com
I appreciate that Jenkins employees stayed with the job to make me happy. All the employees that I worked with all wanted to please me in all that they did through the entire process. They always wanted my approval for the satisfaction of the job. The employees who were responsible for categorizing our content and putting it into a spreadsheet were excellent. They were courteous and kind, they will be forever my angels.
Be sure to read the fine print with Jenkins Restoration. They will tell you to read the print. They did not stick to their commitment about verbal things.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Jenkins Restorations as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
