Integrity Pool service has overall been a good experience but sometimes is inconsistent due to changes in staff!
First time to utilize their services. Very pleased. As time goes on I am sure this will become a 5 rating.

Integrity Pools is responsive, they call when there are any problems with the pool, and they've always sent excellent technicians to take care of the pool. I referred them to my son, and he uses them now!
I had a lot of issues with communication from the company, but the contractors did good work at my home.
They were exceptional in the beginning but now their work and communication have slowed down. It is very difficult to get in touch with them and I am not sure if that's because of COVID-19 or not!
There was one point where they had a person that wasn't doing very well. When I called them, they sent a supervisor out and alleviated the problem. They gave me a monetary one free month for the inconvenience. The pool is looking great and I highly recommend them.
They always show up at the time then say. They are very detailed.

Great company and great people. Excellent evaluation as to what needed to be done and what it would cost. Cost was fair, work was excellent, always on time or early, and service tech knew his stuff.
While it's only been a few months, our pool tech has been very dependable. He is here consistently at the same time on a weekly basis. If I don't see him before he leaves, he leaves me a progress report to confirm that the pool has been checked and chemicals are balanced.
I have run into several issues with my pool and Integrity Pools has always worked with me and helped to find a reasonable solution.

The original problem is still not fixed and no one seemed to care enough to finalize the solution. I'd expect a professional, long-standing pool services company to persevere on behalf of their customer to fix the problem, no matter what it takes. That would have made me a loyal customer.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
