Mike Pizutello was terrible!!!

Initial process was great. Final execution left a lot to be desired. Punchlist items have been open for multiple weeks

This was our first home build so we don't have a prior experience to compare it to but overall we were satisfied. The people that help with design ideas and selecting materials are very helpful.

Change order communication and honesty. What was discussed during the sales process with sales personnel and during the change order process was not adhered to and we were lied to. This cost us tens of thousands of dollars and ruined all trust. The build schedule was over a month over contract and then the closing date was a moving target up to the date of closing and these inexcusable delays caused us to have to move twice from our former home and again cost us thousands of dollars. No reasons were ever given, nor any sort of apology offered.

J. Anthony did a fantastic job building a custom home. They built the home of our dreams. I would recommend J. Anthony to any person looking to build a custom home.

While we are very pleased with our home the customer experience was sub-par and not indicative of what we’d expect from a “custom” home builder.

Beautiful, high quality home of our dreams. Important to know that quality homes can take a long time to complete so having flexibility and patience during the build process is essential.

I loved the whole experience! The negative issue for me was the surprise bill at the end in regards to lumbar, square footage, bricks, etc. Just needed a heads up.
