I would recommend four seasons because I enjoy my sunroom. Quality is great. Communication is bad.
They got it done in two weeks and it was a beautiful job.
Love my room extension. It is my favorite section of the house now that it is flooded with light.
Everything went fine and looks great.
We had a great experience with them and only experienced a couple of hiccups that could have been avoided through better communication between the salesman and subcontractors.
I was most satisfied with them getting it done in a timely manner, they stayed on the schedule despite the poor weather conditions we had.

They actually custom cut siding to match existing home so we didn't have to Jury-rig it. They were extremely understanding that I was concerned about the aesthetics. We are very pleased with Four Seasons and would recommend them without hesitation.
The contractor and 2 guys were 4 pluses. I had trouble locking the sliding door and they were very prompt and kept the job site clean. They did not scatter it all over. They were prompt once they were here and on spot. My sales person was not upfront and lied about the permits and I was not happy.
I feel the final product is okay. However, I had some concerns about the lack of detail and process.
We are very satisfied with the design and execution of the projects we've had done by Four Seasons of Bondville, Il. Our home was not the typical one and posed several challenges. We are grateful for the patience of the staff and the quality of the work!

The carpenters were outstanding and even fixed the problem I had with something that had nothing to do with the sunroom. I just asked their advice on it and they said that they would fix it for me.
Make sure that everything is in the contract that you want and make sure that you go over that.

Rich Erickson, designer/sales manager of Four Seasons Sunrooms of Bondville, IL, persuaded my wife and me that the product and workmanship in the installation would be top quality, especially as the cost is substantial, namely, $34,938. As it turned out, he did not follow through with his verbal commitments. He did not even know the name of his electrician. When I questioned him about these failures, he terminated all communication with me. This is not what I consider to be professional and gentlemanly conduct. While he made great haste to come to my home to sell me the product, he never even made an attempt to visit with me to resolve outstanding issues or come to inspect the sunroom to ensure that his glowing verbal commitments on the construction were kept. The installation of the doors from my dining area into the sunroom was poorly done and remains an example of inferior workmanship.
All employees, from sales to construction, were both friendly and professional. They arrived on time and always cleaned up before they left.
The response to the issue that you have after the sale, and I was not impressed with that.
I would give them a three based on price not quality. I don't know if I would spend so much money if I were to do it again.
When it get it all done, I think it will be something of tremendous pride. Overall I am very pleased with it so far!
