Having two young kids working with two adult men has caused cracks on some of my ceilings & a few walls, due to the inconsiderate handling & dropping extremely hard on roof the materials used to replace roof. What company hires kids or brings their kids to work with them to do a supposedly professional roofing job?
Thus far I would say Marvin's presentation was impressive although no work has been done at this time.
Although the upfront communication was top notch, some of the later interactions were less than wonderful and easy. But overall and at the end of it all I was happy with the service I received. There is just a few "loose" cogs in the operation that need tightening. Not good, but not bad enough for me to change my rating for the company overall.
My roof does not have the quality work I expected. It appears wavy, and I'm very unhappy with the quality of the work.
They did an amazing job from start to finish. When they left my home it was like they were never there because they cleaned the surrounding area so well. The price was competitive and they paid attention to my concerns and didn’t disregard them after the contract was signed. I have already recommended to two of my friends and will continue due to the great job they did.
Florida Elite Roofing did an overall great job.
Didn’t know until job was underway that they sub out everything. Crew was good, Jason, the project manager good. Nothing else was worth dealing with. Two days before the job started they were already trying to get more money out of the insurance company. They continued to add stuff to the insurance company that they didn’t do. We were told one thing and they didn’t follow through. Have tried to get a final invoice and they said they were trying to get more money from the insurance e. This is not an honest dealing company. I would NOT recommend them to anybody
If anybody wants to buy a roof, go to Florida Elite Roofing. They know what they're doing; they get it done professionally and efficiently, ensure all the T's are crossed and I's are dotted, and you don't have to look back!
I will post once the job is completed
The funny thing about this particular question is the day I sat with Jared in my dining room I immediately gave the name of a family in Fernandina who needed a roof. Jared reached out to the family. They moved forward. They received their new roof and they are waiting for it to close out as well. Not one time was I thanked for the referral or receive any type of Acknowledgment even of $50 or $100 gift card, considering the cost of the roof would have been a thoughtful gesture. An old-fashioned thank you would have been enough.
Additional Comments - We are very pleased with the job. The roof looks fantastic. Just looking forward to closing out in regards to the final payment between elite and my insurance
